Amy's for Dinner!

Tonight for dinner I had Amy’s Tortilla Casserole & Black Beans Here’s how it looked after being micro-ed. It doesn’t look as good at the pic on the box, but it was very tasty! I really enjoyed digging into the layers of tortilla and cheese. I did top it with a little hot sauce though 🙂 I didn’t add any veggies to dinner because I didn’t feel like it and that is reason enough sometimes. Anyways, I loved this Amy’s meal – no surprise there though. I think I have loved everything from Amy’s so far! But, I’ll keep trying new stuff just to be sure it’s not a coincidence. Ha!
Dessert was some Annie’s crackers and some yogurt covered pretzels and raisins that I got at the bulk bin at the store. I just got a little yogurt mix because I know I will eat it all in one day/hour/snack – you know what I mean.
I wanted more bunnies so I put them in a little bowl with some milk. They disintegrate super fast in milk, which meant I had to eat them fast, which meant I had to get some more since the first bowl went away too fast. Boo. Maybe I shouldn’t eat them in milk anymore?
Here’s the box of Annie’s Bunny Grahams. I prefer the chocolate, but they were all out at the store. I shouldn’t be buying “cookies” because I want to save treats for special occasions, but don’t worry this box will be gone in no time 😉
