Breakfast in parts

Breakfast

Following up on yesterday’s agave post – a reader sent me a link to this information:

Dangers of Agave

This morning I waited too long to exercise and got hungry before anything else. I had a waffle with Almond Butter and Pumpkin Butter. IMG_6471

After doing my hip exercises I made a huge Green Monster – frozen banana, frozen spinach, almond milk and chia seeds. I love smoothies!! This was part two of breakfast. But – I think I waited to long to eat a full meal and I was still hungry so I ended up eating a few bites of leftovers from the fridge.IMG_6474You might die from how cute this video is – A Baby and a Cat wrestling…

I tried a green monster for the first time today. I Blackled some recipes and found your blog, I’ve been reading through all of your posts! I love the pictures.

I have to admit the green monster was pretty good! I find that I can actually slow down and savor my smoothies when I use a spoon, but the one I had was way too thin to justify using anything other than a straw.

Next time I’m going to use your version. I didn’t have my spinach or banana frozen and I really think that would have helped thicken it up!

I hate that! I almost waited too long this morning and left my workout early cause I could feel the hunger coming!
