Day 1 – Lesson Learned

20 Feb

So, I learned a lot in Day 1 of the 21 day makeover.

– Planning is good! I haven’t been planning my meals so it was different to already know what I was going to eat. What did work was I had food that needed to be eaten before my planned menu and I didn’t want it to go bad so I changed it up a bit. I ate eggs on my salad instead of beans and have a bunch of random leftovers for dinner. dscn5889

dscn5901I also discovered this new cereal at the store, it takes just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch 🙂

So, I had to try it as soon as I got home and loved it of course! I love cereal, it’s one of my biggest weaknesses in addition to ice cream and dark chocolate 🙂
