How the heck does Natalie Dee manage to create cartoons exactly for this red-headed blogger with an obsession for Diet Coke? I am once again amazed by her awesomeness…
This one is titled: “Nooo Don’t Drink It”
The second pic isn’t working, but it’s here: http://www.nataliedee.com/archives/2010/May/
Lunch: Massive Salad!!! Because I am in love with them right now. Look at how small my toasted pita looks compared to my SALAD.
I weighed in today and am up a pound. Boo 🙁
Lesson learned: Plan better so you are not overly hungry in the afternoon/have snacks ready.
Now, I am off to the store for a diet Coke and a new brush for my red hair. Okay, I’m lying about the new brush…

Focus is really a key element . I do not know what diet your on, I use a mix , that I set collectively , I discover it unique and extremely helpful. I discover it easy and fun because im utilizing three various “plans” also it in no way will get dull. I make use of the Atkins , The south Seaside Diet plan , and also the Ketosis plan . Also I like to allow it to be a hobby and read points that surround my objectives , example reading blogs, books , content articles , and so on…Things that can relate for your diet plan goals.

I am so excited because today I found a brand of soda that makes all natural and organic ones. The cola I tried today was made with ginseng has no HFCS, no caffeine, no preservatives, etc. etc. Check it out: http://www.blueskysoda.com

Don’t worry, darling that one measly pound could easily be water weight 😉 If you recently have been eating more sodium than normal, water retension is likely! Plus, did you weigh in at the same time as usual? That could effect things too! Even if you did gain ONE POUND, you still FEEL good, don’t you? You’re strong, healthy, & happy! 🙂

It really is liquid crack! It might be the one addiction I feel helpless against. I love these drawings… I am going to go check them out now!

I am working on this same lesson. It seems to be the one that “breaks” me! Healthy eating, tons of exercise… and tons of snacks that I binge on after I forgo a planned snack to “save” calories. : ( Tomorrow? banana for morning snack. Kashi bar for afternoon snack.
We can do this!

Diet Coke is absolutely my weakness–I have some every few weeks and it’s just amazing, like liquid crack. 😉
