Easy Banana Yogurt Blender Muffins

Have you ever made blender muffins? They’re the easiest way to bake (and blend!) a delicious treat. These Banana Yogurt Blender Muffins are made with oats, Real California yogurt and bananas so they’re packed with calcium and protein, making it a delicious option for a healthy breakfast or snack the whole family will love.

Banana Yogurt Blender Muffins Recipe with real California yogurt

Banana Yogurt Blender Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 6oz. Real California Milk vanilla yogurt
  • 1.5 c quick cook oats
  • 2 large bananas (ripe)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • optional: walnuts or mini chocolate chips

Directions for Banana Blender Muffins:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tin or use non-stick muffin cups.
  2. Place all ingredients in larger blender. Blend.
  3. Fill muffin cups 3/4 of the way full. (I used a mini muffin tin, but any size should work. Adjust cooking time accordingly.)
  4. Optional: Top with walnuts or chocolate chips.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until done.

Store leftovers in refrigerator. Heat them a few seconds to make them warm and soft the next day!
