Sorry that I am so late posting!

Yesterday was crazy. I worked until about 5:45pm, then I went to Linens N’ Things to check out the huge sale and stayed there for over 2 hours just browsing around and buying stuff for the house. I only ended up getting 1 Christmas present! Boo. I also had to run into TJ’s for a couple of things, luckily they are both in the same parking lot. By that time it was after 8pm and I was at least 30 minutes from home. I was obviously starving so I ate and then relaxed with some dessert wine to calm me down. I did not feel like posting 🙁

So, here is a quick recap of my daily:

Oatmeal for breakfast, this time sweetened with pumpkin butter and PB. I am going to have to stock up on this pumpkin butter since it is seasonal. I wonder how long it would keep on the shelf?foodies-1051Mid morning snack: apple 🙂 Exciting, I know.foodies-1054Lunch was kinda funny. After Tina at Carrotsncake and I did the same work out and ate the same breakfast she busts out a lunch based on orange foods. I thought it was funny since I too had an orange lunch – carrots and sweet potato soup! Isn’t that too many coincidences in one day?!foodies-1057Here is lunch con todo: uvas, carrots, soup, and a Rudi’s bagel with LC cheese. I love a lot of food for lunch any meal. foodies-1055My afternoon snackage was cereals and Chobani with pumpkin butter. I actually just opened up the container of Chobani in the morning and stuck some pumpkin butter inside and then taped up the lid. foodies-1060Here are all the container of my food on my desk. Many co-workers made comments about how many of them I had. I eat a lot, so what.foodies-1061On the way home from TJ’s at 8 something pm I ate numerous handfuls of this cereal. I was hungry, but the truth is I always crack open something on the way home from Trader Joe’s!foodies-1070I needed something super quick and easy for dinner so I made a not fancy salad,foodies-1062and heated up a LC meal. This one is good, but kinda small. foodies-1063

Dessert – after a long day I decided to go with THE BEST DESSERT WINE EVER: Rotta Winery’s Black Monukka. I have raved about this before, but seriously it is amazing. Of course it had to be accompanied by some dark chocolate (no pic). foodies-1064

I love those Barbara’s Shredded Spoonfulls!

Was the stuff at Linens and Things super cheap? I know they are going out of business, but when I went last things were only like 10% off.

People in my office ALWAYS comment about how many containers I have on my desk! They say things like, “Don’t you take those home once in awhile?” and then I just say, “Umm, those are all from today.” Then they give me an odd look like they don’t believe me. I started putting them back in my lunch bag now to hide them when I’m done. 🙂

I always have a million food containers too! I usually carry them in a separate bag on my commute home. Hey, we eat a lot! 🙂
