I wasn’t able to take a picture of breakfast today since the BF was uploading my video to the computer when I was about to eat. It was my usual weekday breakfast – oatmeal with naner,PB,brown sugar. I have only really been changing it up during the weekend. Sorry, it’s boring, but I love it.

Lunch was a LC pizza and spinach salad. I still have a lot of LC meals from that time I stocked up when they were on sale. It kinda works out since it’s cold here right now and a hot lunch is a little more exciting than a sammie. But, this lunch did not make me as full as a sammie with yogurt. That combo just seems to satisfy me the most.foodies-1122foodies-1123A little after lunch…foodies-1125I was hungry again by 2:30pm, but put off eating my snack until about 3:30pm. Naner with AB. I had 2 HUGE bananas today!foodies-1126I decided to brave the rainy weather and take the dogs for walk when I got home. I feel so much better after a long walk 🙂 It’s therapy for my brain. My mom made chicken soup for dinner and I dug in!

Q:Does anyone else put corn on the cob in soup or is that just a Mexican thing? foodies-1127We have so much junk in the house from my mom’s work Christmas gifts – I had a cookie and a chocolate covered strawberry. That pushed me over the edge – I am overly full now!foodies-11281

Okay, Michelle – what is involved in the moose and reindeer soup exactly? Does this mean santa has no one to guide the sleigh?

My mom is originally from a small village in Alaska – and I thought we were the only ones to put corn on the cob in our soup!! We put it in Moose and Reindeer soup:) I haven’t seen it made that way anywhere else.
