I have been trying to post my daily eats since last night, I don’t know if it’s my computer, internet or wordpress, but it was taking 10 minutes to load 1 picture! I said forget it and went to bed. Here is a quick run down with more to come…

Breakfast was same-o same-o oatmeal with naner, almond milk, pb and a little pumpkin butter (which is a new oats addition for me).foodies-960I had an apple before lunch and if I have to waste 10 uploading a pic I am going to flip out. On my lunch I actually went to the gym to do some strength training. This is a first for me. It was okay.

Once back at the office I had snap peas and carrots (the snap peas were packed with my tofu so they have seasoning that rubbed off the tofu 🙂foodies-967and a tofu sammie, I put mayo on the bread, but it was still too dry so I had to douse it in hot sauce and mustard that were in the work kitchen.foodies-966

Plus some greek yogurt to which I added a dollop of pumpkin butter and a dash of granol-y. I could not get a good angle on this…foodies-971

I had the world’s best snack in the afternoon that deserves a post of its own – coming soon 🙂

Dinner had to be super quick since I was late for Matt’s soccer game. I seriously scarfed down this salad and veggie dog in under 10 minutes. This was the last of my Italian flavored veggie dogs and I really liked this flavor. I did not like the chorizo kind though.foodies-961foodies-963Once home from the game I had toast w/ AB and choc chips plus hot cocoa. I had the same snack last night and really loved it. I hope this isn’t a new addiction, I don’t need another one!foodies-9641
