Happy Friday everyone! I have some time this morning, so I thought I would post breakie. I want to get myself on a better posting schedule. Right now I feel like I post things so after the fact that it’s pointless, you know? I am going to start posting my daily at the end of the night. This will mean my East Coast readers will actually have something to read the next day since by the time I normally post West Coast time it’s well after lunch! This will also help me stop night time eating. If I am done posting I should be done eating right? Exactly. Anyways, I am going to start posting my meals 2 times a day – after breakfast so I can update my runs (which I already do) and at the end of the day (which I do sometimes). foodies-076Breakfast was my normal oats with a new twist – I wanted to make egg nog oats, I had been wanting to try it for a while and I know Kath posted her recipe for something similar yesterday so I was reminded. I forgot to make the oats with the nog so I just poured it on top. I obviously poured a lot, but it was good so it’s cool. I  used Holly Nog – I am planning on doing a review of it later today, so stay tuned!
