The BF met me on my way back from my run and we walked to the store. I stopped at Juice It Up in the shopping complex for a smoothie to share. It was super hot during my run and I just wanted something cold and refreshing. This was so good! I wanted a Jamba Juice and was considering driving over, but this place was right there and made more sense just to walk in. I am glad that I wasn’t disappointed.foodies-653This was on the discount rack thingy at the store and I wanted to try them and I knew the BF would love them since he loves cranberries. These are cranberry oatmeal english muffins from Coach’s Oats. I love this company’s oats (you can get them at Costco) and their cookies (tried a sample at Costco). They have a new pancake mix I’ve been wanting to try too. Has anyone out there tried it yet? Anyways, I shared half of one with the BF. Very good!foodies-646I had a bowl of Nature’s Path Organic Flax Pus Red Berry Crunch aka the cereal with the world’s longest name. It was really good, but the nutrition info is not the best for someone trying to lose weight. A 3/4 cup serving has 210 calories, 5 g fiber and 6g protein. I never eat less than 1 cup of cereal, most of the time more than that even! So, 210 cals for less that a whole cup makes me sad. I ate more than 1 cup in this serving, but I just came back from a 15 mile run so whatev, plus it’s healthy right?foodies-650

Happy Saturday! Hope everyone is having a great day. It is beautiful here, I think it’s like 85 or something right now. Crazy!
