My walk home today was gorgeous – I am loving all the pretty colors on the trees 🙂 I enjoy my walks home, but I will be very happy when I have my car!IMG_1919IMG_1917

My afternoon snack was yogurt and granola. It was really good! But when I came home I discovered a new package of Vitatops on my doorstep and had to “sample” the new flavors I ordered – oops 🙁IMG_1915

Dinner was super easy and dee-lish! I opened up another HUGE HUGE can of chickpeas so you’ll be seeing chickpeas for a while. I made ww pasta and mixed it with olive oil and one cracked egg to make it creamy. Then I added chickpeas and spinach. Good stuff.IMG_1923IMG_1922

      yum.. i love chickpeas.. im Msia, the indians have a way of steaming it with curry leaves and dried chillies.. delish!

      I’ve started adding chickpeas in pasta and don’t know what took me so long….so good!
