I feel 100% better after a good night’s sleep! I ended up trying to catch up on email and didn’t get to bed until 9:30 (I was shooting for 8!). But, I did get a full eight hours and I feel so much better 🙂 I’m happy!!

Marathon Training: This morning I bundled up in 3 shirts, running tights, ear muff headband and a beanie to get out and run. It is really tough to get outside when it’s cold and dark but, I did it 🙂 6.3 miles done and done.
Breakfast: Ben made a double batch of Green Monster for us to share so I had that and PB&J on an english muffin. He added a handful of grapes to the mix because he likes to be “creative” with recipes. I couldn’t taste the difference. I am very generous with the PB&J – it’s the best! Happy Tuesday! I am feeling so much better today – I am full of energy 🙂

Oh bundling up for winter runs…weird but I was easily able to do that on weekend long runs, but seriously hated it during the week!
