I went on a date with Ben tonight.

We had sushi.

and fro-yo. Apparently we hate variety. That, or love fro-yo. I think it’s the latter.IMG_0075 (800x600)

This afternoon I chopped up a fiber one bar, put it in a big bowl with cereal and poured milk on it. I felt guilty about that.IMG_0078 (800x600)

But, then I read this article about a guy who under ate before his long run and totally hit the wall. So, I’m going to hope I don’t hit the wall (or the toilet) too hard tomorrow.

So I totally get the bloats after eating anything that claims it boosts your fiber. I guess I have a sensitive stomach. -__-

      Date nights RAWK.

And we usually end up eating for-yo, too.

There are few things in life that are better than some good fro-yo.

You felt guilty about that? That’s a FANTASTIC idea!!! 🙂 I used to crumble up Allie Bars and eat them as cereal. Amazing. 🙂

no guilt over your cereal bar cereal bowl!! i did that with a harvest bar once – it was like granola!
cereal is the best carb loading…well, fro-yo would give it a run for its money.
      happy running!
