This Intuitive Eating things is interesting. I didn’t run today and my appetite was significantly less.

I am normally super hunger for lunch by 11am or so, but today I was fine until 1pm. Lunch was a big salad with one of the homemade black bean patties I made earlier this week: dscn7987

dscn7982I also picked up thise 8 grain crisps from TJ’sdscn7985 – good stuff!

Dessert: I have a sf calcium supplement every day after lunch. They just happen to be sf – that’s all I found at Costco, but normally I stay away from sf .dscn7988

Full Again! I am normally hungry again around 3pm, but time came and went and I just got a little empty around 4pm. My afternoon snack was an apple. I packed a yogurt bowl with cereal, but I wanted to make sure that I was hungry for my dinner plans!!! It was a good decision 🙂

    Hi Monica! It was so much fun meeting you. I just read through parts of your blog, I also follow a Hal Higdon training plan. If you ever want to go for a run together, let me know! I’m pretty sure we’ll be running the same races here in So Cal!
