Finally Friday

Almost through another week of a job I hate. I need to get out of here, but as it looks right now it might be the best idea to stay till January. Boo.

Today was a rest day, so I just took a walk with the dogs.

Breakfast was a mix of cereals with nf milk and naner.

I got hungry mid morning and ate some of this – like the name says it is TEMPTING!!!
Look at the delicious chocolate and pb chips, raisins, cranberries and nuts. It is so good. I don’t know what to do with it.

Lunch was the same as dinner last night – Asian Chicken Salad. Here is the dressing I use. This stuff is amazing! I wasn’t that hungry from eating so much trail mix, so I skipped the piece of toast I planned to have with it. This salad is really BIG though. I love volume eating 🙂 Isn’t that sad?.
Dessert was one of these The Chocolate Traveler dark chocolate triangles. I buy these containers from TJs. They are 33 calories each, see I wrote it on the top to remember.
See how perfectly portioned they are?
A little later I had some watermelon. This is the last of it, I’m going to have to buy more tomorrow!

    I get them both at TJ’s, but I think I’ve seen the chocolate triangles at other places. I will keep a look out and let you know.
    Unfortunately, the dressing is a TJ’s brand product. At least we can try to get you some chocolate 🙂

    I LOVE volume eating. Mainly because I love eating. I want to get as much bang for my buck as I can!

    That peanutty dressing sounds amazing. I wish I could find something like that around here! Along with those chocolate triangles, how perfectly portioned!
