Hello and Happy Friday! I stayed up way too late last night and ended up eating half a watermelon and toast with ricotta whipped cottage cheese and jam. I’m moving on from it, but yeah.
1. Anyways, I decided whipped cottage cheese and jam is the jam best! After an easy 3 miler I made French Toast topped with PB, whipped cottage cheese and a dollop of jam. So so good.
I think swapping WCC for regular in my French Toast Cups recipe would be amazing.

3. I had the chance to speak with Jesse Brune, LA based trainer and stylist. He teaches 20 spin classes a week. He’s also a rep for SoyJoy. I asked him what is the most important part of teaching a spin class?
Jesse Brune: I teach 20 spin classes a month, 5 days a week. I love it. It’s my moving meditation and one of my favorite things to do in the world.
Music is so so important. I email my playlist to the students because they love it so much. I will say I’m all over the place as far as songs go. “Like a prayer” is a good one, I probably have five different versions. People go crazy for it!
