I had a big salad with TJ’s dressing for lunch with a frozen nooodle thingy. This is one of my favorite frozen meals. It has buckwheat noodles and tofu. Added bonus: it’s only 200 calories.
I had a naner with PB for a snack. I try to keep the PB to a Tbsp, I think this was a little more. But, that is just a plastic teaspoon on the side.
