Today I love … Watermelon

Morning! I started my day with a nice walk with Rox and Bay leaf (aka Roxy and Bailey). Rox is on the left and Bailey is on the right.
Breakfast was 2 Kashi waffles and some egg beaters. I also had some watermelon while I was cooking. I put a lot of ketchup on my food. That’s sf syrup on the waffles.

When I got to work I had about 2 bowls like this of watermelon. I have a problem. Is there some kind of Watermelon eaters Anonymous?

    Um no seriously, I can easily go through a GIANT watermelon in 1-2 days. And a honeydew, 5-6 kiwis, 1 pint of rasberries, etc. I eat SO MUCH fruit! And at this time of year how could you NOT eat tons of watermelon (which happens to be my FAVORITE!)?! Oh and check out whfoods.com to see that Watermelon is one of the world’s healthiest foods 🙂 SO eat away! Unfortunately Honeydew Melons did not make the list and I adore them, but it makes no difference to me 🙂 Happy Friday!!
