I notice you have been wearing the NB 1400’s lately, can we get a review of them? I have been looking into the 1400 v2 and am interested in how you like them and how you think they compare to Brooks Pure Project line, I am a wearing of the Pure Connect 2 and Pure Drift currently. However, the burrito style tongue seems to be causing/irritating a spot on top of my foot recently-so I’m looking into something else.

I’m wondering about the drop-it’s a bigger drop than I’m used to and I’m afraid I will go back to heel striking-although I’ve read reviews from Pete Larson @ Runblogger that said they feel minimal even w/ the 9mmish drop. Do you think they feel like a lower drop and can you maintain a natural foot strike in them, like in the Pure Projects?
