Breakfast today was a BIG bowl of cereal with naner, blueberries and soy milk. I was trying an experiment. I ate oatmeal with PB for breakie on Saturday and Sunday and wasn’t able to eat lunch until 1pm and even though my stomach did start rumbling around 12/12:30pm I wasn’t dying. I think the oatmeal held me over really well so I wanted to compare with with cereal and see when I got hungry today. Unfortunately I tainted the results because I added more cereal after I finished this bowl. So the cereal did hold me over, but I think that’s because I ate 800 calories worth of it…Anyways, I believe I know what I have to do.
I started to get a little hungry around 11am, but I should have just waited to have a good appetite for lunch. I ate some of these TJ’s chips. They are like French Onion Sun Chips but a little thicker in texture. The stats are: 12 chips per serving: 110 calories, 3.5g fat, 2g fiber, 2g protein. I probably had about a serving of these and a couple more right now as I’m typing 🙂 I’m not normally a salty kinda girl, but I am hoping my tastes are changing because my sweet tooth is a beast. I picked these up yesterday at TJ’s because I was craving Pirate’s Booty, but I go through that like water!
