For some reason the computer/wordpress/I don’t know who/ is not letting me post pics except for in the gallery. So, here’s a photo recap of my little day.

About the oatmeal…I have that same problem. I love oats, but hate hot meals after hot runs. So I make overnight oats. Basically I just soak oats in milk or water and put it in the fridge. The liquid gets absorbed overnight. When I want to eat I add a half cup of yogurt, fruit….whatever I want. It is delicious and cold and refreshing!
