Today was all about fun stuff. I spent a lot of time catching up on my Google Reader and good food 
Today’s bread of choice was plain ol’ toasted wheat with butta.
What they don’t tell you is reading blogs (especially food blogs!) makes you hungry. So, I made a big fruit salad with cottage cheese and cereal to cuddle with.
I did end up ‘cheating’ on my self indulgent day by doing some laundry. Did you know I’m so fancy I have “M” embroidered on my socks!?!?
That, or the “M” is actually for “Men” as I have Massive feet. Hey, I guess it could be for “Massive” as well, but that wouldn’t be very nice.

I finally decided to take a shower and put on my new 2 dollar shirt.
But, Ben only agreed to take my picture if I acted like an Egyptian. I considered building a pyramid and changing my name to Cleopatra. But in the end just did the dance.
Maybe I got a little too into it? 
And by “maybe” I mean definitely got a little too into it.
I had the most random snack mini-meal a little before Ben came home. It was a salad with fake chick’n nuggets and cashews. I don’t know.
So, I wasn’t that hungry for dinner.
But, when I’m not that hungry for dinner I still have a pile of food – it’s just that I’m willing to share with Ben for once. I gave him 3 green bean fries.
Random Fact: I only like the orange and red skittles. So, if you’re going to share a bag with me the grape are all yours. 
I’m all hyped up on sugar and red dye #4. See you tomorrow!

My least favorite Skittles are the red and purple ones. So we’re a perfect match for you getting all the red and orange ones, but I’m afraid we’d still need someone whose favorite is the grape. 😛

I agree, red and orange Skittles are where its at. Green is gross. Nordstroms rack is pretty amazing. Who has a shirt for 2 dolla? You are rocking it those moves and check out that calf. Your legs are looking really toned, must be the running or the watermelon.
Blogs make me hungry, and want to run, and want to be skinny and cute all at the same time. So many emotions.
I think red Skittles are the only candy that is red that doesn’t taste like cherry cough syrup to me. And I’d always save them all for last so that I could pretend I got a “special” bag that only had red to begin with. Yum!
With almost any fruity candy I only like the red ones. One time when I was working out of town for the summer, my husband sent me a package with a bag of red gummy bears. There is nothing better than having red candy and not having to pick it out yourself :O)
Love the Egyptian dancing. You need to break those moves out at a club!

Totally with you on the Red Skittles. I always pick them out. When I was little, I thought everything red was the best (popsicles, candy) and I’d pick out the red m&m’s. I just KNEW they tasted different. 😉

My husband only eats orange and purple, and maybe the red. I eat the yellow and green ones.

So jealous of your $2 find! I freak out at stores like Nordstrom Rack – I need all the clothes organized by style and color (a’la Ann Taylor, etc) otherwise I emotionally shut down and walk out needing fresh air!

I’m totally with you in that I can totally eat a snack at like 6 or 6:30 and then pack away a full dinner half an hour later. Sometimes I think my stomach has no bottom.
Totally feel your pain, I spent most of the day updating the blog and doing some behind the scenes work…which of course meant updating my Google Reader. I was starving the whole time! Such a tease.
I only eat purple and green. I give my hubs the leftovers.
