Hello!! How are you doing? I’m doing great because I ran and ate. That’s all it really takes to make me happy.

I personally love following runners more than anyone on insta because I feel like I have lil running friends. It’s such a solo sport I love that runners on IG are getting some attention! Keep it coming kids 🙂

Let’s talk running and eating…

I had a really good 10 miler yesterday because I finally went back to listening to music. I have been listening to podcasts during my runs lately and although I’m obsessed with them, it’s probably not the best for my running pace. I just get into the story and don’t push it at all.

Actually I listened to Pandora during my run since I didn’t have my ipod with me. I never have done that before! I live under a very weird red rock and just don’t do all the cool things that running peeps are supposed to do like… have good playlists, not fall,  make snot rockets, match their clothing…

Anyway. I listened to Pandora and really loved it! I don’t want to waste all my high speed internet so I’m just going to update my playlist for next week.

Breakfast! I have been waking up hungry lately. This kind of means I’m not eating as much at night, which is good! But it also means I cannot eat enough at breakfast. This was part II. I don’t remember what part I was.

And right around the time I realized I was mentioned on Active I got a knock on the door. The lovely people at Chex are aware of two of my biggest obsession – cereal and Sriracha. So they sent me all the ingredients to make Honey Sriracha Chex Mix.

I dropped everything and made it immediately. It was amazing. It was also super easy to make and now it’s all gone (so I need to make more!).

    Chocolate chips for the win. That sound amazing. I put Sriracha on everything and always need spice!

    I just started using the running feature on Spotify and I am LOVING it. I was in a bit of a running rut but that really helped get me out of it!
