Hello! Today is the first day of Pile on the Miles!! Are you ready to go go goooo!!! Check in below with your goal for the week.

I’m a little late with this post because I had a VERY unexpected knock at the door this morning. Then, I had a very delicious brunch/breakfast/I don’t know if you call if brunch if you don’t drink.

Since it’s November 1st we should also talk about my October Highlights!! (I recently realized I didn’t do September highlights, I need to get it together.)

I love running with SR even though I tell her bad words when she makes me run faster than I want to.

    Day 1: A 5k (3.1 miles) for the Milwaukee Running Festival
    Day 2: A much needed day off and the best kind of run…no alarm, leisure wake up, and go for a run! (1.5 miles)
    Day 3: Night group run / Virtual 5 completed ✔️ (3.1 miles)
    Day 4: Rushed morning run before work but at least I got it done (1.01 miles)

    I just found this so I’m a couple days late, but my goal is to walk/run 30 miles in November! November 1 was a rest day, but yesterday I did 2 miles! Today was 1 mile.

    My goal this week is to run 15 miles! Hoping to do 5 Wednesday, 3 Thursday, and then to split the other 7 up on Saturday and Sunday. Goals for today and Friday are to do cross training 🙂

    I’m nursing a foot injury right now, so my goal is simply to work out 6 days per week 🙂 Today I aqua-jogged for an hour and it felt so good!

    I feel like I usually sign up and then never log anything. Anyhow, I’m looking at 120-140 miles for November (just coming off a training cycle, and I’m hesitant to be more specific). I started the month off running a shelter dog for 3.1 miles yesterday.

    I had originally planned to run 3x this week but I slipped in some water on Saturday morning (filling the cats’ bowls) and messed up my back. I’m hoping to bike or walk for 30 minutes 5 times this week and get back to running and ST ASAP.

    Took a tour in Rocky Mountain National Park and did a LOT of walking! Didn’t track my steps or distance, but I am very pleased with the amount of walking…I am also sore. 🙂

    My plan was to bring a change of clothes and use the fitness center at my office, but I got 3 hours of sleep and forgot all about that. My new plan is to take a walk before I make dinner tonight… and the backup plan is to ride our stationary bike if it’s too depressing to walk in the dark. :-/

    I usually have a rest day and Sunday and we had leftover Halloween candy so it’s been a bad day. Tomorrow I’m starting my goal which was to work out 24 times this month. The hardest part will be sticking to Saturday workouts when I really don’t want to

    My goal is to run twice this week and make it to two classes at the gym. I have been super busy with a new job and working out has definitely taken the back seat for the last two months! Excited to get back to my routine.

    My goal for November is to keep my weekly mileage in the 30/40 range and NOT go above that. I want to focus on swimming or doing yoga once or twice a week and tone down on the running!

    Today (and yesterday), I decided to give my legs a break! Swam 50 laps in the pool and went a long walk instead of lacing up the running shoes.

    I started off strong! My goal is 30 minutes of working out per day, and today I ran for 3.5 miles (38 minutes!). I’m training for the Disney Princess 10K so it’s a good start!

    I am subbing quite a few BODYPUMP and spinning classes this week so I won’t get in as many miles as I’d like but my goal is to be active every day… Sunday: BP, Monday: BP, Tuesday: RUN!!, Wednesday: Spin/BP, Thursday: RUN, Friday: Spin, Saturday: BP 🙂
