So yeah, RER was down for two days and I had to make the executive decision to fire all RER employees. Boo.


Hopefully, it’s up and running now and this isn’t the 3rd post in a row that is going to make me crazy!!!

If not I might pack it in and retire to Costa Rica…

Today was a cross-fit style workout – 3 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats every minute on the minute for about 12 minutes. harder than it sounds. I started with some elliptical and ended with some abs – great way to mix things up!
