We did it! We piled on thousands of miles and burned millions of calories this month to rock Pile on the Miles 2015!! How do you feel? I’m pretty pumped and want to do another fitness challenge next month too. I like seeing everyone’s updates on social media and I love seeing sweaty selfie updates and views from your runs all across the world.
This morning I went out for 4 miles that turned into 6 miles because I just felt like it. This was how my run looked today…
Here are some of your Pile on the Miles updates via Instagram! Make new friends! Keep encouraging each other!!

Runner’s face is a scary thing. Sunscreen and normal body fat percentages, ladies, please.

Yes, definitely up for the December challenge! I ran 76 miles in November, not quite reaching my 100 mile goal. I ended up with an adduction strain after a half marathon on 11/8 so had to ease up a bit 🙁

That is a lot of mileage!! Awesome Suzanne 🙂

If you’re looking for a December challenge try @Shauna_Harrison on instagram. She does a “sweatmas”. It works kind of like the 12 days of Christmas. You pile the exercises on top of one another…adding another each day!

Yes, yes, December challenge! I met my goal this month & am looking to double it next month. Would love another challenge to keep me on track. 🙂

Ha ha, seeing my IG pic on here is a hoot! So, I would definitely be up for a challenge for December. I’ve been walking every day, so that is really good. It’s gotten down right cold here. It’s about 28 degrees, so the walk is truly a challenge. If you do a December challenge, I am not going to count my steps for miles, I’m going to count miles I actually walk (intentional) and workouts too. I really enjoyed this challenge. Thank you, Monica!

I managed to meet my goals, despite having company for 5 days. Great challenge, I’d be up for something in December.

I am always down for a new challenge 🙂

I finished my November challenge today! (It’s still November, dangit!) I did 125 total miles, with 24 of those on foot. My goal this week is three 1.5 mile runs, four bike rides, and three days of strength training.

I am sorry I forgot to check those last few days of November, but it was for happy reasons. Our daughter was visiting for Thanksgiving, and the farm was a busy, happy place.
Monica, thanks for hosting a very well timed fitness challenge. It helped me eliminate excuses! LOL And I feel more than ready for a healthy, active December. Mentioned you in my blog post tonight. : ))

Winner, Winner Pizza for dinner! Thanks for having the giveaway. This was actually a somewhat low mileage month for me as I was recovering from a marathon I ran on Nov. 1st. Hoping for a good Ohio winter since I have a marathon in April. I responded to your email and look forward to hearing back from you. Hopefully there will be enough money left over for me after my wife gets a hold of the code.

I’ll do a December challenge!! Would love it!!

Last week was a flop 🙁 I’m making double the effort to get back on track this week. I’d love to see a Dec. challenge so I can redeem myself!

I would LOVE a December challenge!! Bring it on!!

I set my goal at 50 miles for November. Instead, I ran 75 miles, so I’m happy with that. I would love a December challenge!
