Pile on the Miles Week 2 Goals

Fun· My Life

9 Nov

Hello! Welcome to a fresh start! It’s week two of Pile on the Miles and another chance for you to attack the crap out of your goal!!!

Are you ready?!

First let me tell you about my Saturday… because some days RER doubles as a random lifestyle blog and because I took this picture in public and people looked at me like I was a weirdo so I might as well put it in a post:

SoCal is GORGEOUS right now. Blue skies… 88 degrees…lalaland and I love it.

I’m wearing maxi-dresses non-stop until it gets too cold!

saturday in socal (450x800)

Last night my best friend came over and we played it low key. Sometimes that’s exactly what ya need Smile

Also, sometimes you need nachos AND sushi. We are the worst… or the best. I can’t decide.

sushi saturday (600x800) nacho cheese (600x800)

It was fun.

best friends

Now back to POTM for this week!

you ready pile on the miles logo (600x800)

Pile on the Miles Week 2

I am very proud of you for staying so accountable so far. I know it’s not easy to write…

“Ah! I slept in, but I’ll do Jillian’s 30 Day Shred after work…”

or “I ate 22 donuts yesterday, but I will try and wiggle my toes for 5 minutes to get in a workout later.”

But Pile on the Miles only works if YOU DO. Keep it up. This is the start of a new week. Let’s do this!!

just run motivation

This week’s prize is a pair of ProCompression Socks! I will giving away TEN Pairs of compression socks this week – two a day Monday – Friday!!

I ran a half marathon on Saturday that I was completely unprepared for. Since I’m still sore all over, I’ll probably take it easy most of this week. But I’m making a point to walk the dog at least 30 mins daily so I’m not a total couch bum.
