6 miles this morning. When I hit 6 I was still about a quarter mile from my house, but I stopped to walk for a cool down. I am sad because I didn’t have time to walk the dogs. Boo. I am going to get home too late to do it after work (it will be dark) . I will promise my dogs I will walk them double tomorrow, but I don’t know if they understand English.

It really stinks that it’s dark when we get off work now! I swear my cats understand English…I just don’t understand what they are saying.
