Should I Get Vegas Footie Pajamas??

My Life

1 Feb

Hi! How’s it going? I’m done with day 1 of challenge and feeling good. Vegas is feeling sleepy, per usual.

Today was my first day of the 24 day challenge and I wanted to get it off to a great start. I went out shopping for some good meal prep essentials. Unfortunately, I forgot to restock my almonds.

Snacks included fruit, almond butter and almonds. I went through these Sriracha almonds too fast! Better portion control these babies.

Dinner was ground chicken, brown rice and veggies. I was about to give my new rice cooker to my SIL because it’s kind of big for one person, but I’m glad I haven’t yet. I expect to be eating a lot of rice for the next few weeks!

And I wanted to share with you some of the fun from my weekend.

I drove out to Palm Springs to visit my best friend Cindy and deliver her Challenge goodies.

We kept it pretty low key and just went out to dinner and then sat around sipping and talking. That is the best (both the food and the talking).

In the morning I woke up to take a walk and saw a rainbow! It was such a gorgeous day.

And on the way home I stopped at MJ’s house to say ‘Hi’. Her little Disney footie jammies make me die of cuteness.

Okay. Now I’ve gotta go prep for day 2 of the challenge! See ya later!

Question: Who/What makes you die of too much cuteness?

Should I get some footie PJs for Vegas?

If you even try to put Vegas in footie pajamas, a) please get it all on video; b) put on lots of protective clothing and c) make sure you give poor Vegas a kitty valium first.
I haven’t seen the Sriracha almonds yet, but I do love the wasabi ones!

Of course you should get Vegas footie pajamas. Maybe you could get a matching pair! 🙂 My niece and our new puppy are the cutest things in my life.

I bought a snowsuit for my dog and when he is in it he looks so pathetic and adorable at the same time. I’m going to sew booties on too because the snow was still sticking bad to his paw pads and he couldn’t walk because it would build up so bad. I wish I could attach pics here. Hmmm maybe a link to this…

My daughter is the only thing that reduces my tough guy persona. She’s 2 and she knows when she is being cute.
Your cat will hate you for trying to put footsie pajamas on. But I think you’re going to try anyway.
