Solar Powered Monica

Breakfast

Ben says that I am solar powered and now that the sun is out I’m a different person! When it’s cold and gloomy my solar powered happiness meter is way down. But, now I am feeling like my old self!

After a 3 mile run I took a short cut home to get some FOOD! I was super hungry and thirsty. I had a couple handfuls of cereal before I went on my run, but I guess that wasn’t enough.

I made an Ezekiel english muffin with almond butter and ICBINB with cinnamon and sugar. Plus 3 kiwis on the side (some are MIA). ezekial muffin

I love how thick and chewy Ezekiel muffins are. I appreciate a 100 calorie sandwich thin, but since I’m such a carb lover I’d rather have bread with a “bite” to it. breakfast

Last night after a very delicious and filling dinner I broke into the See’s candy my dad brought me for Easter. Ben had never had See’s before and was impressed. Good stuff! See's Candy

Mi Vida Loca – so I might be homeless soon since our apartment’s lease is up April 30th and we thought we were going to leave, so we didn’t resign. Well, now we aren’t going to leave for a while and management said they have already rented this place out.

So, I’m apartment hunting today and came across flats to rent canary wharf which seems like a promising option! I’m looking for apartments as good as the ones Sarabi Realty Group offers. See ya later…

Never thought about it as “being solar powered,” but this long, dreary, winter weather sure got me down. I am so happy to be seeing sun again! I ALSO feel like a new person.

Sadly I had no Easter candy this year…I need some asap. Yours looks good. Do you ever just take one bite into each one…some I don’t like.

Sees candy is so good. My kids each got a See’s easter box and I took them and ate them myself. So yummy.

I know, I’m actually surprised by how much of the run-around they’ve given us 🙁 They still haven’t gotten back to me about other places in this community being open…

Also weird because they rent apartments without people viewing them first? I guess it’s different in SF, but I can’t imagine someone giving me a deposit on a place without seeing it.

Hey I just stumbled upon your blog and see that you also are living in Baltimore! Where are you looking for apartments? There are a lot of complexes around me with the same leasing office so it would give you an array of choices.

The sun makes me happy as well! I am sad we are going back to seasonal temps after tonight’s rain 🙁

That sucks about your apartment but I have found the best apartments under a tight crunch! Maybe you can even get a deal?

eek! you know you won’t really be homeless, but that does kind of suck that the place is rented out. just think though, you’ll likely be getting an even more awesome place now!
