Today is Day 2 of the 25 Days of Fitness – today is all about the party in the back. A few of you requested some pictures of the moves.

Well, here ya go… in all my post-tequila-taco-Tuesday glory…

The workout is

  • 50 single leg deadlifts (each side)
  • 50 donkey kicks (each side)
  • 100 hip lifts
25 days of fitness botty workout blog 2 (800x800)

(^squats on top / deadlifts on bottom)

25 days of fitness botty workout blog 1 (800x800)

(^donkey kicks on top / hip raises on bottom)

And now I’m off to run, eat, bug Vegas, check email, drink a ton of seltzer… the usual.

Question: What are you up to today? Squatting? Resting? Working? Schooling?

Jogging, squatting, working, dentist-ing (I know that’s not a real thing, but go with it!) and now resting.

I did a bunch of back exercises as part of my regular routine at the gym today, with some massively heavy deadlifts. I’m going to do the booty exercises after I walk my puppy. We’ll see how many I can do. I may hamburger helper taco style for my family tonight. (I had left over turkey shepherd’s pie.)

I had to cut these in half- I’m doing this challenge because I basically never do strength training which is terribad. If I did 100 squats I wouldn’t be able to walk for a week. So I did 50 squats and hip raises, and 25 each of the other two. I ran 1.5 miles for my cardio.
