We seem to have similar tastes because I have all but one of these songs on my running playlist. Ha. I love Problem. I also have a couple of country songs on mine. Bartender by Lady A is one of my favorite songs at the moment.

My favorite workout/running songs are a little older but still so good!
    Lady Gaga – Teeth
The Cube Guys & Luciana – Jump (Club mix)
and a more recent one I’m obsessed with is One Republic – when the love runs out.

Okay. Judge away, but I’ve been rocking “Story of my Life” by One Direction during my workouts lately.

After a week of singing the crud out of that song during my drive home everyday, I figured I needed to know who sang it. Imagine my surprise. 😉 You win, One Direction. You win.

I’m OBSESSED with Chandelier lately! It’s the first song I listen to every time I workout lately. I’m also jamming to anything Sam Smith. I have a tiny crush on his voice!

I’m digging Riptide by Vance Joy, and two that aren’t new but that I heard recently in spin class…Where’d You Go by Fort Minor and Let It Rock by Kevin Rudolf. Oh, and Addicted by Morgan Page and Greg Laswell is the only song that I’ve been listening to for years and have never gotten sick of…it always gets my feet moving faster!

Um, I don’t know what was wrong with me this weekend, but music was not doing it for me on my long run. It was super weird. I ended up putting an audiobook on. Maybe I need to make a new playlist!

Am also obsessed with this song because I changed the lyrics to be from my cat Harry’s POV, who fancies himself a rapper of sorts. (I discovered the song when the Beyonce/Jay Z tour started and the set list for the first night leaked out. Since I’m seeing them next week here in Chicago, I wanted to be more familiar with Hova’s work.)

All of these are great workout songs! I’m currently obsessed with disclosure “latch” and “you and me” ….i’m not particularly picky when it comes to running music so as long as its a song that I like/keeps me distracted it works!

Best Day of My Life is an awesome running song. Also, I don’t care that it’s past it’s prime, I sang Katy Perry’s Roar to myself on the run portion of my half Ironman. That song will never not be awesome as a finish line song.
