I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it, but I am a little crazy. And apparently, so are members of my family, like my brother Michael. He came home with another animal today!
We have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 fish, 2 lizards and now… a guinea pig!
Meet Piglet:
I got home around 7:30pm today starving. Once again there was food out on the table calling my name – more “organic” guacamole 🙂 with chips. NO PIC/NO PLATE – but I had a good number of chips and guac.
Dinner was really random, I had been craving a Lean Cuisine meal all day – isn’t that so random? I had it with leftover tomato soup.
My mom thought it would be a good idea to buy a whole freakin’ box of See’s Candy.
It was a box of dark chocolate chews – my favorite, so I had to have one two. I took a walk after dinner and now I’m sipping on hot chocolate and eating grapes – a random combo I know.
Thanks for responding to Terence’s question on resting heart rate. I’m glad I have so many helpful readers, but I’m sad that my friend is dying…sorry T.
It’s supposed to rain tomorrow, so I don’t know the plan for running tomorrow morning… and I need to get on board with 30 Day Shred since it’s my only strength training I do.
R.D. – I do think eating more calories during the day is helping me control my snacking at home. But, I am still grabbing handfuls of unaccounted food – not on purpose, it’s just such a bad habit I’ve had for a l-o-n-g time! Tomorrow I am making a huge effort to not eat anything that’s not on a plate or while I’m standing…
Oh, my PM snack was yogurt with pumpkin butter and my favorite trail mix 🙂

I used to eat Lean Cuisine all the time – my favorite was the Turkey with stuffing and apple chunks. It was basically a healthier version of the Hungryman dinner. Thinking of it now…hmm…maybe I’ll have to buy some!
I love See’s Candies. Especially because they always give samples at their store!
