I normally don’t run anything under 5 miles, but the trip messed up my running schedule and I wanted to make up some lost miles. So, yesterday I did 4 miles and today I did 3 miles. My 3 miles in the morning felt a lot better than my 4 miles yesterday afternoon!
My ankle has actually been a little sore after (and sometimes during!) runs. I may start having to ice it and wrap it. I’ll let ya know.
Breakfast this morning was a yogurt bowl with vanilla chobani, cereals, naner and PB 🙂
I put on extra PB since I’ve been missing it! The only PB I had while out of town was Jif – you can really tell the difference between that stuff and natural PB. The processed stuff tastes so waxy.
I have a lot of work to do today so I’ll be back later. I’m very excited that I’m going home on Thursday. This means a four day work week next week and time with the fam!

Catheter!! EEWWWWW!! So freaking gross and nasty, the word gives me the willies.
Good call on the waxiness of processed peanut butter, it sticks to your mouth in a bad way.

I’m the same way with not running less than 5 or 6. It takes me 3-4 miles just for my legs to get warmed up!
