Hello from me and the Roxican! I took her back to my parents’ house yesterday because Bailey missed her (and I think my dad did to since he was texting me about her).
Now it’s time to run!
I have my hands full with iced coffee, oatmeal and Mango Spark.
Even though the 24 day challenge is over I am still going to drink Spark Energy because I dig it am obsessed. (Note my visor that went through the dryer with a paper towel or something, classy).

? for your next vlog–do you design your website yourself? I do wordpress and it’s great, but I still find it hard to customize and make my blog look professional (i.e. not like a 5 year old made it. Although nowadays 5 year olds probably know more about this stuff than me..) I’m talking CCS, HTML and all that jazz.
Thanks for the tips! Been reading your blog for years and love it.

Thanks for reading 🙂
I’ll address this one in the next vlog.

On the agenda this week: get through it so I can go on vacay with the fam!!! Also some running and trying not to melt in the heat wave we’re having here in New England. I love your blog – thanks for sharing your blogging tips! 🙂

Aww the Roxican has the cone of shame. Feel better sweet pup.
I’m going to Jamaica this week!! Woo hoo!
Thanks for your vlog part 2. I have a loyal but small group of readers. They all seem to love my dog and probably come to read just to see his furry face.
Also, I’m pretty open with sharing my past which includes some sad stuff. But it’s great that they can see how running helped give me my life back.
I love reading blogs. It’s non-fiction reading for me. And a great resource.
runeatrepeat says
Non-fiction is my favorite, I never thought about it like that.

Awesome video girl! Great tips! You’re so right that you should just write about the things that you’re interested in and passionate about instead of trying to guess what people want to hear. It’s so much more authentic that way! xo

I just dealt with my first blog crash! At what point did you decide to pay extra to keep things up and running?
I’m cross-training this week, trying to keep plantar fasciitis in check. But at least I’ve got some variety — pool running, swimming, yoga, bouldering, spin class, and pole dancing!
Pippa says
My agenda for the week is somehow curing my plantar fasciitis! Damn you feet. Why you no work!?
Rebekah @ Run Away from Zombies says
I’m also struggling with plantar fasciitis. Such a slow recovery time!! Warm wishes to your feet!
