So I am trying to eat healthy and bounce back from my weekend weight gain this weekend. Hopefully it’s mostly water weight!
I started Tuesday with a run, not sure the distance but it took about an hour. I was craving a smoothie for breakfast so I made one with almond milk, naner, ice and half a scoop of protein powder. I had an english muffin on the side with PB&J – I ate the J side before I took the pic!
I had an apple mid-morning even though eating apples alone just make me hungrier.
Lunch was a pita with turkey and stuff and a salad on the side. I love big ol’ fancy salads 🙂
Grapes! I ate 3 times this I couldn’t stop I love grapes!
Dark chocolate for my soul.
My afternoon snack was PB on a piece of sprouted bread.
I picked up a little yogurt covered trail mix from the bulk bins at the market.
Amy’s soup for dinner 🙂 I was really craving soup and will probably make that spicy bean soup tonight. This is really good and very creamy.
I mixed in the last of my Triscuit Thins to bulk it up.
I also had a couple handfuls of the Fiber One Carmel Delight cereal. Opps! I wasn’t really hungry, but wanted something sweet. Boo Monica.See ya later 🙂
