Virtual 5k this Saturday!
I’m really excited. I’m doing a race in Annapolis at the end of the month, the Endless Winter 6-hour run. I’m only going to run about 2.5 hours, but I’m so happy to have a real event to look forward to after all of the virtual races last year!
My next workout is a Tabata class tomorrow. Currently training for a half in May! My best friend will be running Boston this year and I’d love to give her this!

I am recovering from surgery and I’m really looking forward to start running again in 2 weeks. It’s times like this where I really feel appreciative to be able to run.

Dealing with infertility for the last 2 years, running has become my salvation. Running my first 1/2 marathon this weekend in Disney (Star Wars). So we’ll see, but as part of my training I think my favorite distance to run is just 6 miles. Not short, but not long. Enough for a good start some days. Hi! I’m training for the Zion National Park Half. It’s in two weeks from today and I’m SO excited!
My next workout is later today, though thanks to my dog’s 4am wake up call it may be a bit shorter than planned.
My next race is May 19th, Ogden Marathon in Utah!! Did my first of two 20 milers today!! Then took an ice bath!!
My next workout is tomorrow morning (Saturday) with a group of ladies that I workout with every Saturday morning. We set up our yoga mats and beach towels and do a combination of HIIT workouts coupled with strength exercises using dumbbells. There are normally 30-35 ladies each week.
Training for summer 5/10k races! I’m also hoping to do a half marathon in the near future!
My next workout is an indoor treadmill interval run! (Sadly it’s still way too cold here to commit to outdoor runs!)

I’ve decided to take a year off from races, so tomorrow’s workout is my current “long run” of about 6 slow miles. My cousin lives in Hawaii, and she may have just convinced me to do the Hapalua Half next April!

In spite of how much I love running, I need to quit due to an injury. How can I loose weight still (which also should help me curing my injury?).

I am working my way back from injury after a long 1.5 year struggle. Today is a 3 mile run, the longest I’ve run in months! I’m hoping to be in shape for the Bolder Boulder 10k Memorial Day weekend, but my first priority is listening to my body.
Running a quick 3 today and my long run is tomorrow.
Final marathon training long run is tomorrow… 20 miles at 5am. Followed by much needing taper time!!!! Flying Pig Marathon is what I’m training for.
nex tworkout is a 7am run tomorrow (saturday) followed by 10 burpees in the dunkin donuts parking lot!

My next race is the Peachtree Road Race. It’s a 10k in Atlanta and I’m pretty sure it’s the biggest 10k in the country (60,000 runners) and it’s also run on July 4. It’s my 10th year running this race and it’s such a party for 6.2 miles. I can’t wait!

Today my work out is going to Orange Theory, have you tried it? Love it! My next race is a 10k Bridge to Brews and then I am also running a relay in June that this gift pack would be great for. Hi! I love this gift set. I too am a teacher in WV and love the idea of a group of teachers training for the Boston marathon! My new run goal is to complete a 10k, currently I am using the bike run club app paired with my smartphone and watch to track my running as it has made a custom Plan for me.
My next run is an early morning 5K.

Even though I suck at them now, the half is my favorite distance. I’ve completed 130 over them!! I do love a 5K with a them which is why my next “official” race is a Brunch 5K next Sunday. Until them, random training whenever and wherever I can fit it in. Hopefully it will be a late lunch at work tomorrow for 4 miles.

My next race is my very first half in exactly 11 days. I am freaking out! It’s the Diva Half Marathon in Galveston, Texas. The longest distance I’ve ever run was 10 miles a few weeks ago during training. I’m nervous and excited all at the same time! A year ago, I could barely run a mile, and here I am doing my first half. It’s so insane to me.
Today is my first recovery run after running the Rock N Roll Raleigh Half Marathon this weekend. 🙂
