Hello! How’s it going? So, my watermelon love runs deep over here. I don’t just buckle my favorite food in…
I also workout with it. I was trying to bust out a kettle bell workout this morning, except um… I don’t own a kettle bell. Fail.
So, I improvised with my lil friend.
Ax chop for abs!
This is is a good standing ab move in ‘real life’ too
(via PopSugar)
And the reward for working out is sweet!
Breakfast! I’m into hemp seeds lately.
I had a busy day and had to head to my parent’s neighborhood to run a few errands. That means I raided their kitchen. It’s the best.
Time to cuddle with Vegas. Doesn’t he look super excited about it?

Love watermelon! Hydratingly delish! Since you have a love for watermelon You should try WTRMLN water. It has a little too much carb for me (I have Type One Diabetes) so drinking it just to drink it is not so enticing (I’d rather just eat the fruit) but I do know a few people who enjoy post workout!

Can the scale go higher than 10?
But seriously, just cut one in half, give me a spoon, and I’m in heaven!
Losing Lindy says
I grew up salting watermelon and putting pepper on muskmelon (sim to a cantaloupe but much better tasting)

Watermelon is lovely, only for all the seeds that get in the way… They’ve invented seedless grapes, why not seedless watermelons??

We’ve already debated this…I could totally take you in a watermelon eating contest. I’m a million on that scale 😉
Meghan @ GetOffYourButtAndRun says
I’m definitely a 10 with my love for watermelon. I laughed so hard looking at those kettle bell pictures. I can’t even imagine what people going past were thinking. I’m a huge hemp seed fan as well. I put them in my smoothies!

Ashley @ Saving Money in your Twenties says
I’m going to say I’m an 8… I would say 10 but 10 is definitely you and I don’t go quite as far as buckling my watermelons in the car… 🙂
Brooke says
10! Especially blended with basil, almond milk and a handful of frozen blueberries! It’s $$$$

I somehow used to hate watermelon 😮 But now I’m at a solid 10. In fact I’m really debating on running to the store just to get a watermelon right now.
Annette @ Sweating Through Life says
Watermelon – 10 for sure!!! I love it in all kinda of ways. Mostly just chopped up or in wedges, but watermelon salad is also delish too!! Any other melon though….not a chance in hell.
Nona @ RunningHigh says
Haha! I love that idea. I have a canteloupe at home, maybe I can incorporate that into a workout.
I’m probably at a 7 with watermelon. I love it and eat a ton during the summer and then get sick of it and wait until the next year.
Erin @ Erin's Inside Job says
I actually hate watermelon. So sorry! Actually, I hate all melons.

I got to give it a 10. On a hot summer day. Watermelon with lemon and some Tajin. Delicious…. I’m craving it now. My mouth is salivating!!!

I’m about a 7 on the love watermelon scale, but using it as a weight at home definitely gives it some bonus points!

haha I love the watermelon workout!!

I might be one of the few, but I can’t stand watermelon. I’ve tried it many times, to see if my taste buds have changed and like it, but it’s a definite no every time. Same goes for honeydews and cantaloupes though, so it might just be melons in general…

Vegas looks pumped!
Good call with the watermelon. Who knew it was so versatile?!?! I have one in my fridge right now, so I may have to work out with that baby before I carve it up now!!!!
