This morning I couldn't figure out if I was hungry or what. I ended up having a hard boiled egg, which I think is random. Who just eats an egg? My legs have been a little tired lately. Today my run was just okay, ended up with an easy 6. It was a little windy which doesn't help either. Amy's Bowls Pasta Shells - This is one of my favorite Amy's Kitchen meals and that is saying a lot because I love all their stuff. This meal tastes so decadent. I always feel so "bad" when I am eating something cheesy. I'm a little behind on posting so here is Monday's recap:I went for a long walk of about 5.5 miles in the morning. Breakfast was yogurt with Flax Plus cereal. I woke up early Sunday to beat the heat. I did about 11 miles and felt really good. It was super hot so I am very glad I got up so early. Catalina!!!

Saturday was Catalina day! My mom took Ben and I, Michael (my brother) and his GF, and Matt to Catalina Island. We needed to get an early start so I woke up super early for a short run, about 5miles. Lunch was a Lean Cuisine - Szechuan Style Stir Fry with Shrimp. I like their Spa Cuisine line because they use whole grains or brown rice. This one had whole grain pasta. It was okay. w I ate this on the way home Monday night. It is basically a piece of veggie lasagna, rice, curried potatoes and 1 piece of tofu. Something in here made me sick.
