I went to the Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, CA today. It is the world’s largest show featuring natural and/or organic products. The expo is largely dominated by organic and healthy foods, but there are also beauty products, cleaning products and more! 
It’s held at the Anaheim Convention center and is MASSIVE. There are hundreds and hundreds of booths with food samples and information. It’s like my foodie Heaven and I love it.
Before I even got into the convention center there were a few sample trucks outside! Hello Chobani!!!
But, it is also way too much to blog about all of it. So, I took a lot of pictures and will share with you my favorite products from the Natural Products expo this year…
My favorite beverage is the Zevia soda drinks. They are soda sweetened with stevia and I love them. 
Added bonus: They had a Happy Hour in the afternoon. 
After a quick beverage I walked up and down the aisles samples new products and talking to people. It is the best day ever!

Favorite Gluten Free Dairy Free but still tasty Pizza 
Favorite stranger moment of the day – I talked some guy into trying a sardine with me and we said ‘Cheers!’ and toasted them. I was pleasantly surprised that they were good!
I even got a sticker that said I tried my first sardine!
Favorite shirt of the day – look what the ginger guy is wearing…
Product I think you’ll be most excited to see in May…
Pumpkin Pie Larabars!!!! They are good.
Favorite cereal Attune Foods and my favorite cereal slinging friend was there too!
And I was lucky enough to run into the infamous Leah from Mamavation. In addition to being amazing, she has 3 adorable red headed babies. I’m hoping she just gives me one so I don’t have to one of my own… 
Then, the sunset on my beautiful day…

How funnnn! I get to do shows/expos for my job but it is in the gift industry…I would give almost anything to exhibit/be a buyer at a food expo! You are living the dream

That looks like my heaven! I am a big sardine fan, glad you liked them! I use them in my salad dressings a lot.
How do you find all of these fabulous expos to go to?! I think I would need a closet dedicated to just food samples if I attended all the shows you have!

Had a work related day long course today but managed to get in a group run before that. Now I’m fighting zzz monsters after the early wake up call…gonna give in.

I have only tried a few stevia products, which have had a strange aftertaste. Should I keep trying? Or is this just something you accept with stevia products?
And… How does Chobani define “natural”?
I like stevia, but know some people get an aftertaste with it. I say keep trying, different brands might work for you.
How fun! At first, I thought your picture was on the Chobani truck, and I thought “Wow! That’s awesome!” Then, I realized you were standing in front of it (duh!), which is still awesome.

Soooooo jealous. Looks amazing! I love sardines. This weekend is pretty chilled. Had a nice walk to town and an iced latte with The Boy, it’s a nice sunny day here. I also fitted in a 6 mile walk. Dinner at a friend’s tonight (I’m taking pink champagne and dark-chocolate dipped peppermint patties) then chores and a visit to the parents-in-law tomorrow. Phew!
Ahh, I love a good food expo! Dietitians have and annual meeting called Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo (FNCE). It can get a little crazy with all of those dietitians in the expo area!

The Anaheim Convention Center… I’m so jealous. I used to go to a conference there every year, and I miss SoCal so much!

These kind of expos and shows are very necessary for promoting Eco friendly Products. These kinds of expos are rare events but are important as popularity of Organic Products are very healthy.
