  2. Tara says

    Great giveaway!
I actually had 90 mins to workout today. I got up before 5am, headed to the gym for a quick weight workout then took a spin class. Ahhhh, great start to the day. This happens like, never! Since I hardly have time in the morning to make it to the gym!

  3. adam walker says

Got an hour and going for a long run in the rain. If only I had a website that could give me some great cardio workouts to do inside. … hint hint

  9. Genevieve says

The amount of time I have today (or any day) depends on the sleep I get during the day, could be 5min could be 60. Working 12 hour night shifts definitely makes it difficult to go get to the gym at a normal time or even find time to leave the apartment!

  10. says

To be honest, I haven’t scheduled any time for exercise today. We just moved to a new town and there are literally zero gyms. There are some in a neighboring town, but they’re not convenient. I keep telling myself I am going to come up with a home workout plan, but I haven’t yet. I’m definitely going to checkout FitnessGlo!

I have no children and work a great job, so I have lots of hours to work out usually. I still like to split it up and work out thirty minutes in the morning and an hour at night so I have time to enjoy my puppy and honey. That way I don’t feel burned out by ridiculously long work outs.

  45. Emily says

I’ve been in a months long slump, and am slowly getting back into things. I’ll probably just do a wimpy 20 minute run. But hey, it’s better than just sitting on my booty.
