I will absolutely meet my goal of 10 miles this week! I already ran 3.1 this morning. I have another run scheduled for Wednesday where I will run 3.5, and then my group is meeting up early Thursday morning for a 3-4 mile run. I’ve never done 4 miles, but that will be a good time to try out the mileage with everyone else, which will put me at 10 miles for the week.
C. says
My goal for this week is to get in 3 runs – choosing the number of runs instead of a mileage number this week! It’s cold to be COLD here in the Midwest but my parents have an awesome treadmill. Here’s hoping it taunts me enough to use it 🙂

Looking for 15 this week – not sure how realistic it is since I have little desire to run around outside in weather that feels like it’s in single digits with the brutal winds! I made my 15 last week thanks to a half marathon, I think the treadmill and I are going to get super friendly this week!

Well, I’ll really have to push to run 21 miles this week and make my POTM goal with Thanksgiving and family in town this week. My dad and I are running a 10k on Thanksgiving morning, so that will be a blast! I’ve had a few sick days this month too, which is out of the ordinary, so I’ll be happy even if I don’t make my original goal.

Thanks to the Women’s Half Marathon in St Pete, FL this morning, I already knocked out 13.1 towards the weekly total. I do need to do a little catch-up work, so I’ll plan on doing some runs on days when I’d normally do a gym workout.
