It’s going to be a cold one on race morning (in the teens/twenties) so wish me luck. I did a “practice my layering” run this weekend so I think I know what I’ll wear. That’s always the hardest part.

My goal is to run as much as I can this week. Travelling to my sister for thanksgiving but she’s a runner so hopefully we will get some miles in! Unfortunately my goal is no longer possible, wanted to get 100 miles in but I’m only at 53.

    Ooosh.

My goal has slipped a little, and so my goal for this week is 40K. It’s a biggie, but I have some catch- up to do!

The plan is to get in one 10K run and six 5Ks. I’m gonna be busy! 😀

My goal for the week is to run 5 days, even though my kids and hubby will be home some of the days.

This week I’m doing 31.25 miles….completely weird number, I know. Its because I have a track workout thrown into the mix which equals 3.25 miles. Otherwise its just one run after another this week with core 4 times and weights twice.

My goal is 100 miles (running and biking total). My foot is still injured so will only be running 3 times this week, biking the other 4.

Thanks to the Women’s Half Marathon in St Pete, FL this morning, I already knocked out 13.1 towards the weekly total. I do need to do a little catch-up work, so I’ll plan on doing some runs on days when I’d normally do a gym workout.

The medal is pretty fantastic. It was a really well-organized race, but I wish St. Pete had some hills to mix things up!

My goal for this week is to continuing in my recovery training to get back to running for a femoral stress fracture. I’ve done 3 tests this week and all have been positive so I look forward to continuing them this week and focusing as well on strength and cross training!

My goal this week is just a simple 12 miles. I’ve come down with a cold today and with Thanksgiving being this week and traveling. I made mine simple yet obtainable. I’m determined to make it!
