My goal is 10 miles walking!!
I managed to meet my POTM goal (30 miles) but just barely. I will do the 25 days of fitness!
Honestly POTM inspired me to keep on my feet and i KNOW I ran a ton more than I would have otherwise. I’m keeping up the spirit and continuing my streak!
I’ve been using a fitbit this month, so the miles have been piling. I like the 25 days of fitness challenges and will definitely post on my fridge as a reminder/motivator in December.
I can’t say I participated in Pile on the Miles, but I’ve been inspired to follow the 25 Day Challenge. I think it’s just what I need to kick my butt into gear!
I achieved my POTM goal!!! I set it low (30 miles) and achieved it the week before Thanksgiving, when I went on a cruise–DH & I walked 5-6 miles for each of the 4 port stops.
D*mn skippy I’m in for the 25 Days of Fitness Challenge!
I have 6.58 miles to go to make my POTM goal…and I have a 7 mile run scheduled for 10 minutes so it’s looking good!
I think I’ll add the 25 Days of Fitness challenges into my workout routine!
Only 4 more miles to go to reach my goal of 100!
I’ll hit my POTM goal for this week tomorrow morning after my three miles.
The 25 Day Challenge looks like a great addition to the #RWRunStreak and the #HolidayShred13 I’m already doing. I’m determined to LOSE weight this holiday season and need all the motivation I can get!!
I ran a relaxed 4 miles with my dad this morning, and I’m in for the challenge!

I really love these challenges you have been.posting. ive never been so motivated to work out. thank you
I wanted able to sign up for POTM this year. I have the last two years though. I am getting used to the cold weather running and hoping to stay in shape over winter!
I probably won’t meet my pile on the miles goal overall, but it still got me to run a lot more than previous months, so I’m happy! I’m in for the next challenge.
School and work are getting in the way, but I’m trying! Hopefully, I’ll get in some miles tomorrow morning before the feasting begins :).
No going so well! But getting back on track tomorrow!
Came to the party too late to do Pile On the Miles, but I am doing the Runners World streak challenge this time. Not literal streaking… obviously…
I would like to run a 10k tomorrow!
Love this idea, i was sad that POTM was ending. So far i’m on track this week, a little less then half way through my goal miles, and 3 more runs to go.
More than halfway done with my weekly mileage. My semi-long run tomorrow morning should hit my goal!
Heading out for a Thanksgiving day 1/2 in the morning – and it will be in the 20’s…. but I’m in Florida!!!
Oh, and I just picked up the new Garmin 220 – Psyched to use it tomorrow!
Happy to join the 25 Days of Fitness Challenge!
Pile on the Miles is going great. In fact, I have done more miles than I had originally planned. I am in for the 25 Days of Fitness Challenge.
pile on the miles is right on track for the week.
hoping to get to goal on POTM even if I don’t I did much better than last year.
I did not participate in Pile on the Miles because I was tapering for Richmond Marathon, running the marathon and then taking the necessary rest week and am now in active rest week, but I am definitely in for 25 days of fitness!
POTM is going great! I have really enjoyed this challenge all month long! And yes, I am in for the 25 Days of Fitness Challenge 🙂
POTM goal for this week almost complete! 5k Turkey Trot tomorrow, and goal is made!
So far, so good! 🙂
My goal was just to finish my two races this week, halfway there!

Yes I am at my goal of 10 miles for this week
I am almost at my goal of 20 miles this week
POTM is going well this week….So far, I’m up to 1/3 of my goal. I’ll add on miles with a 10K tomorrow and a long run Friday. Love holidays!!
Great new pics Monica! 🙂
I’m hitting all my pile on the miles goals! It has gotten cold in Chicago so the Turkey Trot tomorrow will be interesting 🙂
Yes, I am in !! I was also a part of the POTM challenge and am running my first turkey trot tomorrow by following your training program 😀
Sadly I missed signing up for pile on the milles but I am doing a turkey trot 5k with my family. Also I’m very excited to do the 25 days of fitness challenge.
Just getting out the door is a challenge, but such a great feeling when the run is done!
Even though I’m Canadian, I’m in for the 25 Day of Fitness Challenge!
I ran 3 of 5 planned days so far this week.
I am only up to 8 miles this week, and my legs are so sore from jump squats that a run today is NOT happening. haha.
POTM isn’t going so hot this week, but I have a 5k tomorrow that I’m looking forward to! I’ll also hit my mileage for the month, so that’s a win!!
I will be running in the Atlanta Half Marathon tomorrow before the big Thanksgiving Feast and I am looking forward to adding 13.2 miles to my 25-mile Goal Week!!
So far so good! I have three days out of five days of exercising done!
I need to go back and do the math, but I did at least 20 last week (and had a blast at the St. Pete Women’s Running Half! I’m excited for the 25 Day Challange – thanks for doing all these, they really keep me motivated!
This is the first week of November that POTM is actually going well. I’m already half way to my goal of 12 miles (I aimed low this week). Hopefully I can get my brother out on a run with me today.
I love the December fitness idea. I’ll definitely be joining in on this one.
I should be able to hit my goal by the end of the week! The weather where I live has been really terrible lately. 🙁
Going well– turkey trot tomorrow!
will definitely be doing the 25 day challenge
Very, very sore this week from Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and POtM! It’s a good sore!! Will definitely add in the 25 day challenges it’s so simple but will shed a few extra calories throughout this holiday season!
I may not reach my goal by the end of the month (130 miles). I may, however, go back to the gym later today to catch up so maybeeee?
The last week of POTM is going very well! We’ve had gorgeous weather and despite a busy beginning of the week, I’m well on my way to my goal of 15 miles.
15 mile goal! Gotta get ready for T Day
You look like you don’t have arms in that photo. still a nice photo
A bit behind on POTM this week, due to sore ankles, but I did hit up Bootcamp yesterday! I am definitely in for 25 Days of Fitness!
5/15 so far. The current monsoon ruined my outdoor workout plans this morning. I’ll have to wrap up this weekend. And I’m totally in for the 25 Days of Fitness- already printed out the snazzy calendar!
I’ll be honest–your new picture (the action shot of you in the red shirt) makes it look like you only have one arm.
My POTM challenge is going well! After a rest day, I did 45 min of cardio last night and plan to run a quick 2.5 miles tonight.
I didn’t do pile on the miles this year because I was in marathon recovery, but I am all in for the 25 day challenge!
After about 9 months off of running, I’m slowly easing back in. My hope is to run 8 miles this week (one 5 miler, one 3 miler). Happy Thanksgiving!
My goal is going ok…I haven’t made progress yet however I plan to today after work because I have time since we get a half day!
I’m on track to hit over my 20 mile goal. I get to run a half tomorrow and I’m so excited!
I ended up dropping out of POTM. I had decided I would go through P90x again and then didnt’ do that either. The 25 day challenge looks like a great plan to get something done in this busy month!
Totally on track to hit my 25 miles for Pile on the miles this week! Heading to the gym today to jump on the treadmill cause it’s raining out, Boooo!
Pretty good. Didn’t do speedwork, but I did do a 3.3 mile run with a few 100 meter strides thrown in. 🙂 And Some p90 on Monday.
I am still on target to meet my goal this week, but its feeling harder than usual! Im glad I have something I am working towards.
I like the idea of the 25 days of fitness challenge…I think I need a break from running and this is a good way to mix things up!
Still about 9 miles away but working on it. We have a ton of snow so most of this will be on the elliptical for the next couple of days.
My pile on the miles is revised since I am 9 weeks pregnant. I am piling on the miles on the elliptical.
I am on Target for meeting my goal for Pile on the Miles and I am in for the 25 Days of Fitness Challenge!
I am so sad I did not see the POTM in time for this years sign up. However, I am looking for to the 25 days of fitness!
I’m not running very much right now, but I’m doing lots of other things like Spinning, yoga and strength training.
I should hit my goals for potm. In for December challenge!
My POTM goal was a bit ambitious, will fall about 30 miles short…BUT I’ve gotten in awesome cross training and a 5k PR this month so I’m okay with it!
I have a 4 mile race this Saturday that will put me 2 miles over my POTM goal for the month! Wahoo! Bring on the 25 days. 🙂
My IT Band is all aggraveted so I havent been able to run 🙁 RATS! I am taking a break to give my knee some time to heal, so the 25 day challenge is GREAT for my break!! Thank you!
I am behind on my goal but I plan on catching up on my runs with the long Thanksgiving weekend!
I’m in for the challenge! And I’m struggling this week on Pile of the Miles because of traveling… I’ve only run 10 miles in two days, so I need to do 20 more running/walking in the next few days!
I feel like I have already been piling on the pounds…..and Thanksgiving is not even here yet.
I need the mind and body boost from this challenge! I need to get back to running and racing, so I feel like myself.
I am going strong this week…I already have 5.5 miles under my belt!
Going well! My goal this week was not set mileage, just to make sure I get out there and run. And so far, I have done so!
My POTM week is going great so far! I probably won’t be able to do the 25 Days of Fitness because I’ll be starting my training program for my very first marathon!! 🙂
I am right on track with my weekly goal for Pile on the Miles, and in fact, I’m feeling slightly ambitious so I may be going over 10 miles and hit 12 this week. Not a big deal to most, but this would be my highest mileage week running ever!
Piles on the Miles is going great for me! I’ve been doing speed training runs each week – just once a week. This is something I’ve never done before, and I’m really proud of myself for incorporating them into my workouts… They’re hard!
Pile of Miles is going well this week! So far, I have gotten in 8+, and I still have my 8 miler on Saturday! Yes, I am IN for the 25 Days of Fitness!

I think the 25 days of fitness is a great idea! I’m in.
My week is going well, excepts rain/sleet/hail/snow has kept me on the treadmill which I am not a fan of!
This week is off to a slow start, but I’ll be able to get back on track with a couple days off of work! I like the 25 days of fitness idea — much better than two turtle doves and all that mess. 🙂
I’m halfway to my goal for the week.
I am a little behind on my goal of 6 hours running/walking for this week but I’m going to do my best to make it!
love this! pile on the miles is suckin! too many errands to run before thanksgiving! hopefully can tack some miles over the weeekend 🙂

I am in!! POTM going well this week–esp w Turkey Day on Thurs–trying to stay focused and working extra hard!
POTM – doing great! Beyond my expectation in fact. And I’m gonna print out and pin the 25-day list on the board at my office.
I’m right on track with my goal! I need 6 more miles to finish out with 50 total for november! (Also, 50 miles is over double what I ran last month!)
10 more miles to go this week and I am completing the challenge for the week and the month.
Planning on doing the 25 days of fitness, thanks for keeping us motivated.
I’m ready for that 25 days of Fitness! I’ll be dragging my butt to the gym this week, gotta burn so I can eat some awesome food this holiday!

I love this idea! I can’t do it this year but I’ll definitely be up for it next year 🙂
More than halfway
There!
It’s been a good week so far- 10 miles in 3 days! My family is going to our cabin for the next five days, and I am so excited to run the trails. We’re even doing our very own 5k turkey trot on Thanksgiving!
I am so in for the 25 days of fitness. i am also challenging a couple friends to do it with me (with a lovely prize at the end- like a mani!)
I’m in for the 25 day challenge! It looks like exactly what I need as I am cutting back my regular running routine to strengthen and stretch my hips before I begin my 25k training in January. Thanks for hosting!
Great idea!!! Best to maintain so we don’t have to beat ourselves up come 2014!! POTM is going great, half done tomorrow 🙂

pile on the miles is going right on schedule!
I’m pretty sure I said that my goal was 20 miles this week. Well, I’ve already gone 21, so I am over my goal. I’ve never been an overachiever, but with this challenge I am!
Love the 25 day challenge. Also love that some days are for planning or relaxing. Less stressful that way!
Just finished running 9 miles! It was completely unplanned so I’m super proud of myself 😀
4.5 miles so far this week. I think I can get to 10 with no problem
Pile on the miles was slightly derailed this week so far, but I have a 7 mile run planned for tomorrow and a 5k on Thanksgiving.
I’m in for the 25 days of fitness. While I didn’t register for pile on the miles, I’ve been making an effort to run either outside or on the treadmill and add strength training back into to my life.
It’s getting rough for me to keep running outside so I headed indoors today to Pile on some Miles. I’m only 14 miles away from my goal of 100!! I’m also doing a Holiday Hustle challenge in December to help keep people motivated during christmas cookie season haha
Getting my miles in, but taking it a bit easy due to a severe pain in the neck, literally. I’m in for the challenge!
Made my goal, now exceeding it. LOVED the challenge! Thank you!

It’s going well! I have 2 miles so far this week an an extra weights workout. Hopefully another 4 miles tomorrow! And the 25 days of fitness sounds awesome!
Woohoo so good so far! I have 10 more miles to do I think – I’ll be running them either tomorrow, Thursday and Saturday or just Thursday & Saturday. It’s been quite frigid and rainy here in Baltimore (wish it was snow!), but I’m gonna have to force myself to go outside at some point!
It is getting very cold here in the Midwest but I did manage to go for a run this morning.
So far so good….. half way down whoo hoo! And all of my miles have been in the snow, too, which makes it a lot harder for me.
My hip still hurts but I am staying active on the spin bike!! And with weights…
I’ve run 38 miles so far, a little over half way to my goal! Sure, I’m up for the Fitness Challenge.
It’s going pretty well. I’m frustrated I have to take it easy, but I’m hoping all the time put in on the foam roller will have me ready to go for a thanksgiving 5 miler!
POTM is rocking this week! I had to make up some miles, but I’ve hit every day strong so far and have a plan to finish my 80 miles. PLUS, I’ve kept up with strength training which was the other part of my goal.
My goal this week was 20 miles. I’ve already done 7.5 and have 5 on the schedule for tomorrow! I am right on track!
Right on track for pile on the miles!
My pile on the miles streak of running over 30 miles per week has been going so well that I wish it continued throughout December! So, I’m definitely in for the 25 day challenge!
I’ll try the 25 day challenge. sounds fun! is crunchy pb a new flavor!? or maybe i just forgot about it..
It’s been cold and rainy this week so far, which makes me thankful for my treadmill so I can still get in my workouts!
So far, so good! I’ve got 25 miles so far this week, so I should meet or beat my goal.
I did not sign up because I already committed to my new years resolution of running at least a mile every day this year, I’m totally going to do the 25 day challenge and cross my fingers to win this giveaway!!
Potm is going great. The 25 days looks great too! I’m also doing some kind of streak thing with our running store. December in Maine is not always kind to runners!

Right on track with 110mi for the month of November! Thanks for the push 😀 I’m definitely in for 25 days of fitness!!
I’m 4 miles over my goal. Guess I underestimated myself 🙂
5 miles today so I’m on track for my goal this week!
Made it to 1 day of boot camp so far, 1 more to go. Then 2 runs while I’m back home for the holidays! And I love the 25 day challenge too!
You won the Clif giveaway! Please email me your name and address to runeatrepeat at gmail.com
My challenge was to just get up and move every day! So far so good!
Pile on the Miles is going pretty well! I’ve got a couple of Turkey Trots on Thursday so that will boost my overall mileage.
I’m in for 25 days of fitness!
My pile on the miles is going a little slower this week than in the past because of the cold weather here in Minnesota! But I am in for the 25 days of fitness challenge!
Spin /trx, spind band and a yoga flo workout completed – knee is starting to feel better !
I didn’t sign-up for Pile on the Miles but I have increased my mileage recently. I am starting to train for my first marathon and how to fuel for that is making me nervous! 🙂
Only went on a walk once this week but plan on going again tomorrow!
Hello Monica,
I never win anything…but nonetheless, I still try the Giveaways/Prizes you offer on your blog. I would love to win both the Clif Bars and Clif Shots (I LOVE Clif bars!) I have added up to 21 miles so far this week! I hope I win these bars and shots! I could use them for snacks!
~Amy 🙂
I am in for 25 days of fitness! Excited!!!
I haven’t been so good with POTM… I have high hopes for the rest of the week, though. 🙂 I’ll definitely try and redeem myself with the 25 day of fitness challenge!
I am definitely in for the challenge. POTM went ok, wish it had been better. But I still plan to rock my 10k on Thursday!
This week is going well – I got a longer run in this morning which was awesome, even though I had to resort to the treadmill to avoid the plows early in the morning. oh well. I’m definitely in for 25 days of fitness!
POTM was good till yesterday – too COLD to run outside — but, have a Turkey Trot Thursday am and part 2 of it Friday am and a group run Sat – so will be going out with a bang! Happy Thanksgiving! I’m in for 25 Days of Fitness – just printed the calender 🙂
I have not been very good at keeping up my plan because of a busy schedule but I plan to sign up at a new gym this week! I will make it happen.
so far so good! I love the new challenge
It’s been going well! I’ve been taking walks with the dogs everyday to get in my miles. So far I’ve walked 97 miles this month 🙂
TOTALLY!!! Sounds great….love the motivation…..thanks again Monica!
I have been out of the loop at 8 weeks postpartum over here and wasn’t able to participate in Pile on the Miles. I intend to get back into the swing of things here and do the 25 Days of Fitness Challenge. Hopefully I can ease back to a fitness routine!
My pile on the miles was going great until I broke my hand this weekend. I have to wait a week before starting to run again. Major bummer.
i missed the gym yesterday but did a yoga class and a weights class tonight! love clif bars too!
I am so in for the challenge! And I LOVE clif bars 😛
As of right now I am 20 miles short of my entire POTM challenge goal. I should have it met by Friday! I’m glad there is a December challenge. I need something to keep me busy. I always fail in the winter.
I’ve got 10 miles to go until I hit my goal for the month! Hoping to squeeze them in this week. We’re getting nailed with a winter storm so I’ll be BFFs with the treadmill I think!
So far, so good!! Going to be challenge because I’m going out of town to the middle of nowhere for Thanksgiving, but I will make it work! 🙂
Count me in for 25 days of fitness!
My POTM for this week is right on track! I love this December challenge!
definitely in. going to go on a walk after dinner tonight 🙂
I’d love to be part of this 25-day challenge! Yes, I know…I’m international; but I like challenges, they’re fun and its a good way to keep myself motivated and on a healthy path.
I didn’t signed up for the Pile on the Miles ’cause I’ve been struggling with my ITB but I’m pretty sure I’ll be in next year!
BTW you seem you’re flying in that picture 🙂
I have a good head start on my miles for the week! A race on Thanksgiving will help with my POTM too!
My POTM goal for the week is going well. Definitely in on the December challenge. Love it!
POTM is going great this week. I have already hit my goal of 10 miles and I still have the Running of the Turkeys 5K coming up on Thanksgiving day. I am most definitely in for the December challenge. I am also planning to continue my own personal POTM challenge in December with a goal of 50 miles (my goal for November was 40 and I have already done 50!)! Thanks for the motivation and accountability. This challenge has really helped me get on the right track!
I love the idea of 25 Days of Fitness. I’m in!
Pile on the miles has been fun and a great incentive! I’m totally in for the 25 Days of Fitness!
I’m in for the December challenge!
This week my goal is to get my mileage back up since I cut back the last few weeks after my half. Also strength building!
Great new challenge!
I’m on track for my weekly goal. I even planned a walk with my mom Friday morning before we shop!
My Pile on the Miles is going so well! I’ve already hit and surpassed my pile on the miles goal and there are still a few days left! Can’t wait to see what I end up with.
My goal is only only ten miles this week, so far so good!
POTm is going great and I will be able to reach my goal of running 3 times this week since my hubby is home on vacation to help watch the baby!
POTM is stopped for now, thanks to a minor ankle injury. I should only have to wait it out a couple more days though, and I’m definitely in for the 25 Days of Fitness! These tasks look fun, challenging, and perfect for staying mindful of my fitness goals.
Definitely in for the 25 challenge! Cannot believe the holidays are here. I am doing my own “winter running challenge” and running 100 miles in 10 weeks, ending on Dec. 31. To some this isn’t much but I have NEVER kept up with running over the winter and it’s going well! Currently at 42~ miles. Hoping for good treadmill time at the parents this weekend 🙂
POTM is going great! I already met my goal, with a week to go!
I have less than a mile to complete my 50 mile goal for November for POTM. I just Jeff Galloway training program for a half marathon…my first for the Spring. Going great and super excited!
25 Day Challenge? I’m in! This is just what I need because I’ve been losing my focus lately. Thanks for putting it on.
I am hoping that I continue working out four to five days a week evn though I am going through a divorce and moving in the next two weeks. Plus all the holiday hustle and bustle.
I have done well so far. For the month I am at 24 miles. I still plan to get in two today, a 5K on Thursday, and a few on Friday to make sure That I get in my goal of 30 for the month.
Im piling on those miles. Actually Ive only done 4.5 out of my 18 mile goal but I have a group run and a turkey trot in the next 72 hours so I think Ill make it.
I have less than a mile to complete my POTM goal of 50 miles for November. I just started a training program by Jeff Galloway to train for my first half marathon for the Spring. Going well and super excited!
I love Cliff everything. I love the ingredients, flavor everything… they have the right idea. 20 miles this week with a Turkey Trot on Thursday!
25 days fitness & fun!!! Bring it on!!
It’s going well so far, but I’m scared of running my Turkey Trot in below-30 degree weather!
I am 1 MILE AWAY FROM MY GOAL. I’m thinking about going for 140 miles instead of 130, but I may even beat that! I love this challenge!
I’m doing a different 25 day challenge. I might pop in to try this one. Going no wheat, no dairy, no treats (donuts, coconut covered cashews, etc) until Dec. 24th!
I did not do Pile on the Miles. I am a new reader to your blog. Although I have been running quite a bit this last week or so. The first week of November I was down for the count with pneumonia! I plan on running at least 6 miles on Turkey Day!
The 25 days of fitness sounds like a fun challenge!
Right on track for my pile on the miles! Already rode 10 miles and ran 6 miles 13 more scheduled for thur and fri….more cycling tomorrow for some cross training 🙂
I’m still on target with my goal, but my motivation is down this week. But I’m sure it will come back for the Turkey Troy
Going good! I ran 4.2 miles this morning and we’re doing a Turkey Trot 5k on Thanksgiving!
My goal for the week is 6 miles. And I am for sure in for the 25 days of fitness!
I didn’t sign up for POTM, but I started my own running streak on 11/1 and kept up with it. I would love to sign up for the 25 day challenge!
Am struggling with my fitness…this 25 day challenge is what I need to re-focus.
thank you!!
So need these, thank you. Got in 3 miles (slow) yesterday…7 more this week to hit my goal. Oh the fun to start back over. Again.
It is going alright-more concerned about Thanksgiving stuffing though
I didn’t do Pile on the Miles, but am totally in for this 25-day challenge!
The pile on the miles are going well! The weather is getting chilly but I’m making myself get out there!
Would be a bunch better if it wasn’t so cold!
I’m totally counting physical therapy reps for my pile on the miles. Because soon I will be piling them on.
Sadly my POTM is not going so hot. I have such trouble keeping my miles up if I’m not training for a race. Lame, I know.
The 25 days of fitness sounds awesome!
On target so far!
This week will be 20 miles. 4 this morning, 10k race thanksgiving morning and planning 9-10 miles on saturday. so far this month its 57 miles total.
No Potm for me this year, as I’m taking a running break. But I’ve worked out each day this month and will keep it up in December to prep for bikini-wearing on vacation in January !
Its going well so far, except for the freezing rain and boring treadmill runs!!! Keep on keeping on!
I’m in for 25 days! Well..I’m in for four months – marathon training begins!
I didn’t do the pile on the miles this year, but definitely next year, it sounds like fun! I’m in for the 25 days of fitness challenge though, it compliments my marathon training well!
I am falling a little short with the strong cold ends and freezing rain. Looking forward to a cold a Turkey trot Thursday!
I’m totally in! Thanks for this, Monica. My goal is going well so far!
I don’t think I am going to reach my final Pile on the Miles goal, but we will see if I can pick it up a bit and get it done with the few days we have left. I’m definitely up for the 25 day challenge-sounds fun!
Unfortunately I didn’t get to join pile on the miles this year – just too many things going on – but I’d love to join the 25 days of fitness! I love challenges like this! Thanks for hosting.
My goals are going fairly well. I’ve done my ankle exercises every day so far and will hit the gym tonight!
A bad cold has sidelined me a bit , but I’ve still run most days of the month.
I am IN for the next challenge!!
I’m walking 2-4 miles everyday at work during my lunch break and another walk at home at night with my new pup!
On track!
I’m in 🙂 I didn’t run across your blog in time for the POTM, but I’m glad I found you…inspirational 🙂
By the way…who won the Brooks Shoes? (secretly hoping it was me)
POTM is right on track. 25 days looks fun!
Pile on the Miles is going great! I’m getting in my workouts and am adding in other fun things so that I am not just sitting around doing nothing. 🙂
Half way to my POM goal for this week and definitely in for 25 days of fitness!!
My pile on the Miles goal is going ok. I am in for the 25 days in December!
My goal is on track so far, but I’m feeling some hip pain so I hope I can keep goi toward my 17 mile goal this week!
So in the for the 25 Day Challenge! My goals are going good, 17 miles for the week! I’m pumped!
I’ve decided to kick up the mileage since I plan on kicking up the calories on Thursday! 12 out of 20 under my belt so far.
My POTM is going great so far….if I can just keep it up when we travel to my moms, I will be all set!
I won’t hit my original POTMs goal but will only miss it by 10 miles. That’s not too bad and this week I’ve been right on track! Sign me up for this challenge as well.
I started reading your blog just a few days ago – I added you from seeing you all over Skinny Runner for months.
I’m in for the 25 days of fitness!
I missed out on the Pile on the Miles challenge, but I’m 11/19 for my goal for another holiday fitness challenge! Planning to add in your challenge, too. Love CLIF!
I’m planning on a 5 miler after work today to stay on track for 30 miles this week. Hopefully it doesn’t get too cold. (Curse you Wisconsin weather!)
7.5 miles today, so I think I’m on track for my weekly goal of 20. I also just signed up for the Runner’s World Holiday Run Streak, which will hopefully keep me on a good track this holiday season 🙂
I’m liking the 25 Days of Fitness Challenge and will be joining in!
Crunchy Peanut Butter Clif bars are my go to fuel for my long runs – I love those things!!
So far I have 0 miles for the week…but it’s early! It’s going great and I’m in for the 25.
Im looking on track to meet my goal for this week. I am definitely in for the 25 days of fitness!!
After resting my shins, potm is back! I’m up for the 25 too!
Unfortunately i’ve been on the injured list so i haven’t gotten in nearly any of the miles I wanted. But I do have a few hikes planned for this week while I’m off 🙂
This week is going great! 10 miles done, 6 more to go to meet my goal!
The 25 day challenge sounds great – maybe it’ll get me to do some cross training!!
This week has been COLD. I ran on Saturday, 3.2 miles! Woot! Now to run tomorrow, Thursday, and Saturday again! 🙂 I’m all set to run my 5k in December! It’s going swimmingly.
As soon as I hear the word challenge, I’m in!
Ha! I just finished my last 10K without snow for 2013. We’re suppose to receive a huge amount of snow tonight. With my yesterday’s run, I am right on my goal. Go me!
We are having a very cold and snowy day here! It sure has started early this year!
I wish I could have been a part of pile on the miles challenge, but my leg was cooperating – hopefully next year!!
I have had a rough start to the week…unpredictable events that have blocked my runs :/ Am looking forward to 5 strong days of running to reach my goal!
The Pile on the Miles went/is going so well I am in for this one also :O)
Totally going to try the 25 days of fitness! Should be fun!
I hope to hit my goal (20 miles this week), 8 miles logged in so far.
Sweet, count me in! It’ll help counteract my 25 Beers of Christmas calendar.
Pile on the miles is going well, with a race this weekend I’ll meet my goal. I wish I hadn’t done the math though because now I’m thinking “I don’t really NEED to run today, since I’ll make my November goal…”
I’ve gotten in some good workouts, not necessarily runs though. Hoping to run more starting Thursday since I’ll have some more free time with the holiday. I’m definitely in for 25 days of fitness!
Ran this morning and did yoga yesterday! Off to a good start!
How fun! Another challenge!
So far, so good this week for potm!
yesssss I’m in for the 25 days!
and my Pile On the Miles is going great– especially with my turkey trot this Thanksgiving!
I’ve ran in 25 degree weather the past two days and did a 20 min treadmill workout too – I’m trying to stay on top of my goal! Only been short one day.
Unfortunately I didn’t sign up for POTM this year, but I have definitely kept up with my running and weight lifting (usually about 5 days a week). But I will definitely be in for the 25 Days of Fitness Challenge!
I forgot my goal (it’s that kind of week) but I’m pretty happy with things. Solid hour of cardio + yoga yesterday and a run today.
Unfortunately, I just discovered your blog and didn’t sign up for Pile on the Miles! (By the way, love your blog!) I’m just getting back into running again so I’m so excited to be a part of this community again! I will certainly be doing the 25 days if fitness challenge! Yay!
Didn’t do Pile on the Miles, but I’ve been reading about it on other blogs! I’m building my miles to get ready for my next marathon training cycle. I’ll definitely be adding in these fitness tasks!
My goal is not to let setbacks get me down! Between the gym’s power going out yesterday and my lungs’ inability to handle the cold, I’m a little downtrodden – but I’m restarting tonight!
I didn’t sign up for POTM, can I still enter this giveway? I’m in for the 25 day fitness challenge!
I’m making progress on my goal this week. The next few days will really help me achieve my goal.
Also, I’m in for the 25 Days of Fitness!
My week is going great, despite the nasty weather! I’ve been hitting the treadmill. I’m in for the 25 Days of Fitness!
I’m in for the 25 Days of Fitness! Thanks for the extra motivation.
I got a nice cold start to my running this week! What else can you expect from Ohio weather? Planning on getting a foam roller tonight at work!
Totally in for the 25 day challenge!
Totally down with the 25 Days of Fitness (also, great picture from the shoot!).
#POTM goal is going great this week. I’m excited to incorporate a 10k into my goal this week, then bring on the Turkey!!
I think I might attempt the 25 Day Challenge, however I might pick 3-4 days/week. Thank for sharing and keeping us motivated 🙂
I am only 3 miles away from my POTM goal 🙂 Excited for this 25 day challenge too!
going strong this week! extra miles on Turkey day are in the plan…was only scheduled for 4 and weights but I want to take advantage of the day off and do a mid-morning (not the crack of dawn…or slightly before in most cases) long run!
Love the challenge idea! 🙂
I am so confused… where did your arms go in that photo?
I was just thinking I loved the photo but where is her left arm.
oh hahaha… I see her right now. to me it seriously looked like there were zero. oi vey.. mixture of tired eyes and poor computer screen.
I”m about 9 miles away from my goal for the month – piece of cake!!
My POTM goal is 10 miles this week (between storms and travelling) and i am excited to try the 25 day fitness challenge!
goals are great — getting all my workouts out, and nutrition has been decent as well. except for that little cup of fro-yo this afternoon. but with 8 miles yesterday and today, 2 CrossFit classes, a hockey game, and yoga; I think I can spare a little treat. I love Clif bars and shotblocks!!!
Sharing this with friends! Looking forward to completing!
My goal is +20 miles, hopefully a little more to make up for all of the pie I plan on eating.
25Days sounds fun!
This week is going just as planned! Just a few more days until my marathon! 🙂
OOOOO Thanks for the 25 days of fitness challenge..I am so glad I am following your blog you are very inspiring.
My POTM goal is to run 20 miles on Thanksgiving morning!
I am! POTM has slipped a little, but I’m going to be proud of my achievement regardless!
Sounds great!
Sadly, I did not sign up for Pile on the Miles this year, but next year you can count me in again 🙂
Yes, I am in for the 25 Days of Fitness Challenge!! What a great idea!
