    Ran another 2 miles yesterday, so now I am at 3 out of 30 miles for the month. Feeling the burn, but it hurts so good!! Today will just be abs and stretching 🙂

    Tried to leave a comment yesterday from my phone and it went berserk! Seriously, had to ask Siri to shut it off for me and she showed me a picture of a jack rabbit instead, haha!
    Anyways, did my strength training session with some motivation from this challenge! It was dark already when I got home from work, gross

    Did a speed workout on the track–intervals for 7 miles! It’s usually hard to motivate myself to head to the track, so this is a big one for me!

    Knee is still tender, so did 30 min on the stationary bike before work this AM. Pretty durn proud of myself for dragging my butt out of bed at 5:00 am to squeeze it in before work. Wish me luck keeping this motivation going!

    joined a fitness challenge at work today! aiming for 7 workouts a week – 4 lunch time strength training workouts + 3 walk/run days after work. today was arms and a 30 minute/2 mile quick walk.

    Got 3 miles in on the treadmill tonight! That brings me up to 3 days of running in a row which is the most consistent I’ve been with runs in 3 or 4 months. Thankful for the accountability to check in and stay on track over the next few weeks!

    Two part goal:
    1/ Hit 10K steps daily: I hit 8,700 today, and I’m sitting up in bed writing this, so unlikely to do another 1,300 today.
    2/ Work out 4x a week: One of four down – took a 45 minute Flywheel class after work (268 total power)

    I had a really crappy day and I slept in this morning due to some terrible wisdom tooth pain…but after work I forced myself to do the Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed and Shred Workout (Level 2, ~45 minutes) and I feel so much better because of it!

    Today I did a 10km run … I know, that’s two 10ks in three days! My knee seems to be holding up pretty good though, and it’s got me excited 🙂

    I am still sick, so I slept in this morning. I am planning on getting in a 2-3 mile run plus Zumba tonight, if all works out as planned. I will definitely do one or the other, or maybe crazy both. I just know I need to run. This weekend was good though, I did an hour of zumba on Saturday and then a 2 mile walk/run with my pup yesterday.

    My goal for November is to get in 10,000 steps every day. I got in over 10,000 steps both Saturday and Sunday and will again today. I will be running 3 miles after work today.
