Hello! Yesterday I made a great Cauliflower Pizza Crust that I wanted to post. I’ve made one in the past and really loved it but baking it longer helped to keep it together. Plus this recipe is a lot easier to make!

Easy Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups riced cauliflower
- 1 egg
- ~1/2 Tb each: garlic powder, 21 seasoning salute or Italian seasoning
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put cauliflower rice in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 6 minutes. Stir. Squeeze out any excess moisture with a towel or paper towels (carefully since it’s hot). Add seasonings. Add egg. Mix.

Bailey was making sure I did it right….

Spray baking sheet with non-stick. Form a small pizza about 1/3 inch thick.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with your favorite pizza toppings and broil until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!

You know it’s a legit cauliflower pizza crust when you can actually pick it up and eat it!

Just made this! I used two eggs instead of egg whites and added ten minutes for it to bake. I microwaved for the six minutes and it was fine- not watery. Amazing. Simple. Perfect. Just sent the link to a few girl friends!
I love roasted eggplant and red peppers on my pizza. The caramelization of the veggies along with the cheesiness is divine. 🙂 Thanks for sharing this recipe!
Haven’t had a pizza in a long time coz most of them have cheese and I’m vegan 🙁
Great that your recipe doesn’t include cheese for the base…may just give this a go and put roasted veg (eggplant, bell peppers) and mushrooms as toppings.
How many people do you think this would feed? I want to make this but I’m feeding 3 monsters, the hubs, and myself. I’m thinking I may need to triple the recipe.
I can eat this whole thing by myself. I’d say it feeds two people.
I’m LOVING Trader Joe’s new cauliflower rice. So easy and so delicious/nutritious
I might actually try this. I love cauliflower, so it looks like an interesting change. I have no idea where I’ll find riced cauliflower though. I’ll start looking. My favorite topping is cheese. I also like tomato and basil.
I haven’t made a cauliflower crust in a long time but I have to because it’s so good! I like how simple your recipe is. I think the one I made once involved cheese in the crust to help it hold together. I will try now without it! Thanks
This looks SO yummy! I haven’t tried to make cauliflower pizza with bagged rice cauliflower because I wasn’t 100% sure if the cauliflower pieces were small enough; but it looks like they’re perfect! Definitely will give this a go super soon!

I like that this crust doesn’t contain 284756 cups of cheese in it- like many of the cauliflower crust recipes I come across… I will definitely be giving it a try!
Kills me when bloggers do this… Egg whites are not a binder! It’s the yolk that acts as a binding agent. I would include the yolk next time! But if it works, to each their own.
i LOVE pizza…prosciutto and fresh mozzarella are my favorite toppings. i do love pineapple and canadian bacon though for a change up.
pepperoni is my most favorite topping, but I try not to eat it that often b/c it has pretty much no nutritional value. We are having cauliflower pizza for dinner tomorrow- my Trader Joe’s almost never has the riced cauliflower, but I got lucky last week and snagged a few bags!
I am a minimalist. Mozzarella and ricotta with some fresh basil. Every now and again I like eggplant on my pizza.
So your crust works out ok without squeezing out the water after you nuke the cauliflower? Hmm.. the recipes i’ve tried all say to do that, and it’s a bit of a pain. I might have to try skipping that step.
Mine didn’t end up watery for some reason. I thought I was going to have to do that too. I think it was because I didn’t overcook the cauliflower. I think it was a little under cooked straight from the microwave, but finished in the oven.
