    Nov 1 – 2.25 miles. Ran the first mile before taking a walk break. Victory for me. I haven’t exercised at all for over a month. Hoping to get back into the habit with the help of this challenge.

      I did 5 yesterday, and six and a half today, but I keep forgetting to post on here because we have to actually go on the web. If it was just on IG I would do much better!! . I’m more a one click type girl! Yesterday was way hit in SoCal, but today it was st least 5 degrees cooler, so yeah….I just focused on the shady spots! =]. Trees are always appreciated!!

      Today was strength training – the instructor was INTENSE! And, I forgot to check in on Saturday, but I did my fastest 3 miles ever!

      Gotta say, I’m totally LOVING this challenge! I’ve been needing a little extra motivation lately, and this has been GREAT!

      I would love to see you give us a December POTM challenge (or something similar). 🙂

      Rest day from running, but I got in a 2-hr strength workout Half marathon next Sun, so goals for the week are as follows:
      1) find mojo, it has to be around here somewhere
      2) STRETCH and don’t get injured
      3) kick ass
