Hello! I woke up feeling great this morning. So, I did a little online workout (see below) and started my day with a delicious breakfast.

Since I ran a half marathon yesterday today I wanted to take it a little easy. But, I still woke up feeling great so I decided to do a home workout with FitnessGlo. It’s a site that provides all kinds of online workout classes. fitnessglo exercise site (800x800)

They have everything from Barre and Stretch to Strength and Cardio exercise classes!  fitness glo

I think my favorite part of FitnessGlo is that you can choose workouts that are only 5 to 10 minutes long! Sometimes that’s all I have the patience for, but I still want to do something ya know?

      0! Today is a rest day but I will stretch and go for a walk. I added the Fitnessglo channel to my Roku last week but I have been dragging my heels to buy the membership. I would love to try it out for a few months before I commit.

      On a normal day, I use my 30 minute lunch to get some kind of movement. I should wake up early but haven’t gotten that habit yet.

      I had 60 min to workout this am, but that’s because I woke up at 5am. It would be great to have some new at home workouts to help motivate myself to continue getting up early for a workout before work!

      I am a 3rd grade teacher, so I run after school is over. Usually for an hour because I have two very patient daughters who wait for me as I run before we begin our hour commute home to begin dinner, homework, etc. for the night. Love my girls for being so understanding! (:

      Well, at the last appointment my diabetes doc says I must walk if not run every day at least 3 miles EVERY day! So this is at this time taking me about 40-45 minutes. Hopefully I will get faster 🙂

      I had a good hour to work out but napped instead- sometimes a rest day is important…even after a long rest weekend, yikes. That being said, as a teacher my goal is to bust my booty anytime I get bored this summer instead of sitting around, so this site would be PERFECT for me 🙂

      I have 30 minutes to exercise! Sometimes I prefer 45 when I get enough sleep and water 🙂 There are times when I only have a 5-10 minute break between work and school so those shorter videos would be ideal.

      I have no children and work a great job, so I have lots of hours to work out usually. I still like to split it up and work out thirty minutes in the morning and an hour at night so I have time to enjoy my puppy and honey. That way I don’t feel burned out by ridiculously long work outs.

      I have had 6 hard workouts in a row and my body is screaming REST DAY!!!! I will however walk a bit after dinner and stretch and foam roll bc I am having lower back pain and I am a bit tiiiight!!

      Neat question. About 3 hours of exercise. Wow, I’m so happy with me! ….it just takes me alllllllllllllll day to get the 3 hours. Mostly light with 20-60 minutes of moderate/intense.

      To be honest, I haven’t scheduled any time for exercise today. We just moved to a new town and there are literally zero gyms. There are some in a neighboring town, but they’re not convenient. I keep telling myself I am going to come up with a home workout plan, but I haven’t yet. I’m definitely going to checkout FitnessGlo!

      The amount of time I have today (or any day) depends on the sleep I get during the day, could be 5min could be 60. Working 12 hour night shifts definitely makes it difficult to go get to the gym at a normal time or even find time to leave the apartment!
