What You Should Really Do In Running Gear

Hello! How’s it going? Today I’m reviewing  some new Champion® running gear the company recently sent me. Well, maybe I shouldn’t call it running gear because it’s great for so much more…

Stretching.

Sliding.

Crawling.

Telling stories in an overly dramatic fashion.

Oh, and I guess running…

I wore the capris for another run this morning. The top is actually a Champion® top I bought a few weeks ago. I have been a fan of their gear for a long time. My favorite sports bra is a Champion® one (I’ve had it forever and it’s still going strong).

The capris and top both fit great. They’re comfy and sweat-wicking, basically all I need to run happy.

And the shorts are those perfect length running shorts a ton of people ask me about all the time. That is probably the #2 question I get – where are those shorts from? Well, you can get them here.

Fave non-running activity is Yoga, preferably flow or bikram. I love the pace and how every class, my body responds differently.

So bike shorts are cool to run in? I’ve always wondered and been too scared to ask!

Some bike shorts have padding on the butt / in between the legs – those aren’t good to run in and are made specifically for biking. But regular compression type shorts are fine.

Just curious where you did any “reviewing” of the items you received. Fabric, fit, how they worked throughout the run, etc. In other words, information people could actually use about the clothes.

Ah! You’re right. I skimmed over that part because I have been wearing this brand for so long. I really love their stuff. It’s comfy, sweat wicking and lasts a long time.
