Hello! Happy Monday! Are you pumped to start the first week of Pile on the Miles with a bang?!?! Doooo it. I am off and running this morning with a nice lil speed run. So, it’s not a lot of miles but is a lot of work.
But, I want to share some of the pictures from my favorite tiny person’s Halloween Birthday Party. Her birthday is a few days before Halloween so we did it up in the spirit of the season. Everyone was encouraged to wear costumes so I decided to do a partner costume with my only friend, the Roxican.
The party was a delightful blend of Halloween festivities and birthday celebrations, making it the perfect occasion to bring everyone together. As the tiny person opened her gifts, one standout was a meticulously crafted gift basket filled with seasonal treats and goodies. The basket was brimming with everything from candies to festive decorations, making it an ideal present for birthday festivities. It was heartwarming to see her eyes light up with excitement as she explored the basket, showcasing the thoughtfulness behind each item.

What a fun party! I love when people incorporate holidays with other occasions. A friend’s cousin had her wedding on Halloween and the photos are so awesome. But yesterday I ran three easy miles before work and today I ran 6 miles with 4 miles Fartlek intervals during my lunch. gotta squeeze in these runs to avoid the dark 🙁

Oh my heart, she is so cute! I spent Halloween with my nieces who bring me SO MUCH joy! Our sweet beagle of 11+ years passed away very suddenly last week. Our hearts are heavy and I needed a huge lift. They fit the bill. 🙂

BODYPUMP tonight! I’ve found that weight lifting makes me a faster runner so I try to get a few classes in per week 🙂 No costume for me but I dressed my little guy up as a sock monkey. Your neice is adorable!! Looks like her party was perfect.
